Not the best 4 stars hotel… the room is very loud because the train is right across the street, the vent in the bathroom is also very loud even when it’s shut off. Staff are resourceful and location is near the central area. I will not stay again in this location and don’t recommend

Great people, great location
The hotel is in such a good location. You're within walking distance of the city center or some form of public transit. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was solid. The beds leave you feeling refreshed to walk all over town day after day. Highly recommend.

No air conditioning, room stuffy and warm. Kettle dirty, lime scale, not usable, no tea or coffee. Only German channels on tv, English subtitles not accessible. Pillows flat and uncomfortable.

From start to finish, we were greeted and treated well by staff, particularly Sebastian. The room, overlooking the courtyard, was huge and very quiet. The breakfast was superb. The hotel is very close to transport links. Nearby restaurants Casa Nostra and Taste My Burger are highly recommended. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all at Hotel Europa!

The hotel staff/ receptionists were polite, respectful, professional and also helpful in giving some advice on dining options as well as places to visit. The breakfast buffet had few options to choose from which I think was okay. The hotel is not centrally located in short not close to places to visit/ attractions, restaurants, entertainment but the tram is few meters away (5 minutes walk) from the hotel. Another negative thing For cleanliness I was disappointed and can only give only give 2.5 stars. I requested for my room to be cleaned but wasn’t done specially that the water from the shower drains out to the bathroom floor causing a bit of flooding which I had to use towels to absorb the water.

The room and the service was amazing. Im from the cold north and even with the air conditioning on the room was a but warm. The front desk was able to lend me a electric fan and it made my stay very confortable.

Good location from central Munich. Hotel is very clean. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. Other than not figuring out the tv remote to put on English subtitles it was a great stay.

Good access to the city centre. Very close. Butt it's quite noisy as my room was facing the high road. All the rest was just great.

Felt a little out the way but a nice area for sure. Well connected with transport so no need to walk everywhere. Hotel itself looked nice and modern in some parts (reception, bar/restaurant) but the corridors and the room felt dated. The corridors felt particular warm and needing air con. Food in restaurant was to a good standard. Lastly, I recommend changing the brand of shower gel/ shampoo you have. It’s not a very pleasant smell so we had to buy some of our own.

Excellent hotel. Staff were wonderful. Especially Sebastian on the front desk & the team in the bar who patiently let me practise my German on them!! Great transport links too. Trams directly outside, u Bahn into the main centre just a few mins away. Close to historic area of Königsplatz

Very close to a main tram lane that crosses all the city taking you to all main destinations. Walkable distance to Marienplatz. Breakfast is really good.
