A Review of the New Hotel with Thoughtful Amenitie
It's a new hotel in a nice neighborhood. The staff are friendly and professional. The small things in the room that make the stay comfortable such as a wireless charging pad, a Heated Towel Rack and the fact that the hot water comes This indicates that they considered the comfort of the guests when planning the hotel.

The room was small, the staff gave conflicting info - telling us that checkout was 12:00 when it was 11:00. There was none to minimal air ventilation in the room, so the room was too warm and we couldn't adjust it.

It is a good hotel and they upgraded us, which was great. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood but tram and subway are nearby. The only thing I did not like is that you have to tell them to clean the room, otherwise they will not. I suggest that is clearly informed at the check-in so that guests will not find an unclean room when they come back to the hotel, which is not pleasant.

Very nice experience.
Everything you need on a trip was there. Very clean, friendly responsive and responsible staff, fresh and diverse food. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Easily accesible transportation including subway. The only thing that was missing is a refrigerator that was not installed in the room. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed Short Stopover
Good location, walking distance to Metro station. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing is hard finding parking on the street. Paid parking at least 25 euros a night. Staff charged us breakfast even though we clearly declined. Good thing we checked with front desk on parking to realize mistake. Normally, we just leave keys at front desk and leave. It would be more complicated to resolve the over charge after the fact.

The rooms are of a good standard. Good value too. Staff are not so great. Very poor communication and tried to charge for a breakfast (luckily we spotted this). A good hotel spoilt by poor service standards.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Very clean and well equipped. Most of the staff spoke 2/3 languages and were so helpful. Very good breakfast buffet. Free left luggage which really helped us as our flight is not until tonight.

Modern, comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Very comfortable and modern hotel with everything we needed. Location was good, close to subway and handy shops for coffee, snacks, and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a great shower.

We came to Europe for a month and stayed in all kinds of places - hostels, airbnb's, etc - and this was our FAVOURITE stay! It is excellently priced and the facilities were beautiful. A modern and comfortable/clean room with bedside chargers (no cord necessary) and very cozy beds. Staff were very helpful with any questions and it was walking distance to the train station that brings you into the city. The property is very quiet so its the perfect to rest or do business should you need. Wifi worked great and they also had chrome cast for the tv/netflix from your phone. It was such a refreshing stay after weeks of staying in grimy bathrooms and hard beds!

Excellent hotel
We had a lovely room which was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from a U-Bahn station that has a regular service into the main railway station in Munich and to the best underground station for Oktoberfest. There's a good supermarket near the station. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast had a great variety of options. We'd certainly rebook.

Very disappointing. Customer service was extremely bad. Time after time, no one answered the phone at reception. When someone did answer, she was rude and not helpful. No fridge in room. No facecloths. A/C was not working and had to move rooms. Location not great.

It was new and clean, even smelt new. The breakfast was decent with the smallest pancakes ever. The parking was the big disappointment at 30 Euro / night which was double the parking in downtown Vienna!

Having been in a lot of hotels around the world, this one provides only one towel, for two people, and came with a very small bed. This is not common in other countries at this price tag. I was expecting a luxurious room, but this one was relatively common place. Maybe all German hotels are like that I don't know.

New to the area, taxi drivers will take you to the Weatin Grand but what a pleasant hotel to be in. The staff are wonderful and do everything! The only feature missing is a refrigerator in any of the rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

Brand newl modern hotel. 24/7 front desk service. Friendly staff. Great place for the price. No cons to speak of but if I had to nit picking, Walk to the train station is about 10 min. Not super far but not super close either if that is what you are looking for.

Unser Wochenende im Best Western Hotel Arabellapark war sehr schön, das Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und schön, die Auswahl beim Frühstück gut und vor allem die Pancake-Maschine kam super an.
