"Nice clean room; very courteous helpful staff My only complaints are that room cleaning should be every other day (at least fresh towels), and there was no handicap bar in the shower to prevent slipping and falling, which is important as I am getting older."

"I’m coming off one of the worst stays ever so this review may be a little overinflated, but I’ll try to be fair. The receptionists, both at check in and check out were super friendly and welcoming. In fact, all the guests and staff I met were happy and outgoing. The elevators will drive you crazy. Only one in order and it gets stuck on floors, press up and down and it goes quickly. Laundry services on 3rd floor-$4 to wash or dry, new machines, takes credit cards. Rooms are spotless but get warm despite having air turned low—pretty sure I was on the side facing the afternoon sun. Still, I loved my stay, hot water and water pressure were excellent. Any and everything you can think of is less than 3 miles in either direction, it’s perfectly centered. There is no complimentary breakfast but coffee makers with supplies in your room. No bar, no restaurant but lots of things close. Pool is huge, it was clean, saw a few people going down but lists as closed. I would definitely stay again—it was sooo clean. Thanks for a great night."

"This is an excellent hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Hilton continues to uphold a high standard in these areas. We checked in on June 13, 2026, at approximately 10:15 PM for a one-night stay. I am awarding 4 stars rather than 5 due to our check-in experience. While the overall stay was positive, the level of service we received at the front desk was disappointing. Before us, another guest mentioned their Hilton Honors membership, and the front desk associate was exceptionally warm, friendly, and engaging. However, our interaction felt noticeably different. After we provided our reservation details, we were simply handed our room key with little additional information. When we inquired about the breakfast that had been prepaid as part of our reservation, we were initially informed that it was not included. After further verification, it was confirmed that breakfast was indeed part of our booking. We also had to ask several follow-up questions to obtain information regarding breakfast hours, the WI-FI, check-out time, and other details that are typically provided during check-in. We are also Hilton Honors members, although we did not feel it necessary to mention this. In our view, all guests should receive the same level of courtesy, professionalism, and attention regardless of membership status. Despite this issue, the hotel itself was excellent, and we appreciate the cleanliness and quality of the property."
