"We called very early the day of our check in to notify we will be late. We messaged through the expedia app but didnt hear back so we called, they said it should be fine. The check in staff at night was away from desk so we waited a bit to “check in”. We got into our room, we read some reviews that we found after we booked about cleanliness of the room so we throughly checked the room before unpacking. There were stains on the carpet and walls somehow. It felt too unsanitary to walk around in the room barefoot. So we kept the unpacking to a minimum. The only good thing was the morning staff that checked us out that was much nicer to deal with. Thank you to them."
