“Acceptable standards, and very good value.”

The Izmailovo Vega is the best of the bunch because all the rooms have been renovated. They are small, but comfortable, with excellent washing/bathing facilities and you can ask for a non-smoking room. All rooms also have a refrigerator where guests can store their own items. Hotel security is also very tight - not a bad thing in wild Moscow. Internet users should note that the Vega's facilities are unattractive (in a noisy corner of the lobby) and expensive - 200 rbls per hour. It is better to use the facilities at the Beta hotel, which cost 80 rbls and are in a separate, quiet location. Food and drink is quite expensive, so you are advised to make use of the round the clock supermarket opposite the Alfa hotel on the way to the Metro. It is best to order a taxi through the hotel. They add on quite a chunk to the regular price, but probably less than the drivers hanging around outside the Alfa.

“dissapointed”

the location of the hotel was far away of the centre and at night is a dangerous place for walking.in hotel they don't speak english,i met only two employees that they speak english,and the rooms were not as it looks like in the photos of the hotel.(small and unconfortable)a lot of security is in the hotel and they check you everytime that you are trying to go to your room alone or with company..

“Very nice hotel”

This was a very nice hotel. I would recommend staying here. I would stay in this hotel again and probably will.
