Very centrally located, excellent facilities, attentive, friendly staff.

The hotel is in a superb location for visiting the main attractions in the city. Most can be reached on foot. Our room was a good size and extremely comfortable. The facilities are excellent including the fitness centre which has a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Had a fantastic stay! Most of the staff were really friendly and very helpful. Everything was reasonably priced and the staff helped with visa invitation/registration. They were also very helpful by email before my stay. I was able to borrow a hairdryer. The breakfast was lovely and the seating room really enjoyable to sit in and have drinks. Thank you so much! :)

Given that rooms in Moscow Hotels generally looked on the small side I opted for a Junior Suite. This had a really good sized bedroom and nice living area with couch, armchair bathroom and 2nd toilet. Have to say the bed was probably the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in ! It was in high 20's during our trip but great aircon throughout suite kept very comfortable. Good position , 10 mins walk to old Arbat area for restaurants , 5 mins in opposite diection towards river for river cruise or modern shopping centre. Metro 5 mins away.Small supermarket right outside for water , milk etc ( tea/ coffee is provided but not milk for some reason !) Had drinks in nice bar area each night , lady behind bar didn't smile once but service was efficient , prices similar to London Hotels. I found the desk staff helpful and on day 1 when contacting housekeeping for 2 nd pillow , maid arrived within about 2 minutes ! Would recommend if visiting Moscow

I've come back again and again here. If you like modern amenities, yet live among old Russian opulence, this is one hotel that will do that. Hotel is updated. It is not too big, yet offers everything a business traveller or romantic couple may desire.

Ideal location for the top sights in Moscow-Kremlin, Red Square and St Basil's, and the Bolshoi a short walk away. Excellent, courteous and friendly staff. Great comfort and room service. Metro or Taxi very handy to get further afield. Very good selection of nearby restaurants for those eating out. Shame we discovered the gym pool and jacuzzi on the last day!, but 30 degree weather kept us savouring the sites-unforgettable experience.

Very clean and cozy place, nice staff, picturesque views from the room, very close to the center. Safe and wonderful! Very reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the comfort!
