"We arrived late at night but we had no issues whatsoever. The front desk staff was very professional and many spoke English, which was very helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities you need. The only part that was less than perfect was the space for my luggage, but that was on me. I brought a large suitcase, which didn't fit on the stand. One suggestion to go over the top: offer 1-2 English-speaking channels on TV. Maybe NHK World. But it's not necessary. Location is right on...
