Overall condition of hallway and room was poor. Hallway had moulding pieces missing and patchy paint. Room had desk chair with multiple holes in the back, safe did not work, mini bar had nothing in it and the shower handles had loose hardware protruding from it.

On the night of october 21 i stayed overnight for my sister wedding. i was really upset with the heat in the room as i was unable to sleep . I would have left the hotel in the middle of the night but i had to stay due to obligations. For the amount of money that was paid for the hotel room i expected better sleeping condition. I heard this hotel was well known but i am really disappointed with the result of that night.

The property may have an agreement with the Federal govt to house refugees; there were many refugees in the lobby and floors; they have their own meeting room in the main lobby; some refugees are talking for hours on the phone outside the rooms;

This is not a hotel!!! This is an apartment building - police and ambulance presence, elevators were a toy, business centre has a line up for the computers. Room is deplorable - Crown sold this instead of fixing it up… when I asked to change rooms because of the stains and beer caps in the bathroom - I was informed all the rooms are the same - ouch.

I liked ease of parking, good WIFI and fast access to major highways. Cleanliness was as I would expect for the star rating. On the flip side, I heard noises from other rooms and hallway early morning plus folks hanging in front of the building. Still safe but not desirable.

We stayed here because we had a layover. Noticed right away that the tub wasn’t clean. In the middle of the night after flushing the toilet, the water continued to run loudly and thankfully we were able to fix that ourselves. But, even if we were unsuccessful at fixing the toilet, there wouldn’t have been quiet as the neighbours partied all night long. We will NEVER be back.

Ac was not working and we request them to send the technician in the morning but no one fixed it and we had to sleep in hot room with the temperature of 25, it was very terrible night .

Front staff amazing - my nephew was stuck in Montreal airport so I booked him a room for his overnight layover . Forgot to change name on the reservation to him but when I called the front desk , he was amazing and said no problem. 15 minute Uber ride from the airport and he was safe and getting a few hours rest

Staff was amazing, very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly, we could ask anything they can help with a good guidance. The most disappointing element was the pool schedule, we arrived on a Thursday thinking to enjoy the pool on Friday, but it only operates on Saturdays and Sundays from 12PM (strategically placed for after checkout time). This schedule information wasn't described anywhere and the pool was the only reason why we chose Armon, which we never used. Since the area was all under construction we couldn't go anywhere, there is absolutely nothing around other than an IKEA, so it was a quite boring weekend in the Hotel. So, if this review goes out, I will ONLY recommend Armon Plaza for 1 night stay, and customers must arrive on Saturday before 12PM to check-in if they want to use the pool, other than that, is only a place to sleep for quite a lot of money :/

We got there and water slide not working which is main reason if booking , hallways and rooms are very old no ac in hallways muggy and smelly , bathrooms and bathtubs very old not up to date and not very clean all the tables and bureaus and walls not clean at all in the room stains and crusty stuff everywhere , tv did not work I called front desk off a very very dirty phone and they told me maintenance not available we’ll send someone tomorrow .. I was checking out I had brought 2 kids with me to do a small get away and nor the tv , nor the water slides worked and cleanliness was awful would not return again

Rooms were not ready till 6.30 pm altho checkin is 3. And still dirty. Sticky carpets furniture was dusty n scraped everywhere. Ac was not running. No help from staff for a portable fan, ac or room change. Our little 2 year old was up all night crying cos of the heat. Room did not even have a coffee machine. when we asked for one -we were sent one that dint work. Pool was shut on sunday til 12 (which is the check out time). Sink was clogging...toilet wdnt flush atvone go.

The hotel next door was much more accommodating for us. No staff at the Armon… pool was closed (which was the only reason for choosing this hotel) and rooms were hot and stuffy and no maintenance staff to help
