A nice weekend get away.
My trip overall was very nice. The front desk let me check in about an hour and half early. They were friendly to me my entire stay and extremely courteous. The room I had was a king. It was very spacious. One of the remotes to the tvs did not work. Which was okay I used the controls on the side of the TV. The bed was very nice. I slept very well on it. I find most beds in hotels too firm for my liking. The bathroom left for some improvements. I think the towels could be replaced they looked to be on their last leg. The shower made some weird high pitched noise. And overall the room was just very tight. Breakfast was very good. And for being a Sunday it was perfect. The eggs were delicious and so was the bacon. My son really liked the juice and cereal selection. I think overall there is some room for improvements but for the price it’s very nice. I would stay here again in the future.

My pull out couch sheet had a bid stain on it. There wasn’t enough pillows and when asked they said they were out but hotel wasn’t full. Not very clean.

Very enjoyable!
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Nice little town nearby. Great facilities including a huge gym with lots of workout equipment. Front desk associates were very nice and very helpful. Very enjoyable stay!

Not so Plus
The hotel room was spacious and check in was easy. Staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the next morning we had no hot water for a shower. The hot tub was out of service the entire time we stayed at Brandywine. This hotel didn't earn the title of a Best Western Plus in my book.

Breakfast was fabulous - always is. But the bathroom in our room was dirty, shower had hair in it - lots of hair, drain didn’t work in shower (probably full of hair) cold water faucet on sink was broke and spun 360 degrees. Grout was moldy.

We wanted a late checkout, but there was no one at the service desk or anyone answering the phone. At 11:00 am, housekeeping was at the door. I wouldn’t stay here, the only good part is the pool and hot tub.

Our room was not as clean as I would expect. Lots of flaws. Needs a make over. The hot tub was not hot. Breakfast was as good as most hotels. Over all i expected a lot more for $239 for a 1 night stay.

Loved it!
Loved staying here! The room was comfortble and clean, kid-friendly, fitness room was great as well! The only thing i didnt like was at exactly 10am the staff started putting up breakfast, and there was still food and people in the dining room. Otherthan that, i highly reccomend this place!

Good Location
Customer service was great. I needed to have some papers printed out, and they were more than happy to help me with that. It's not an updated hotel, but it is comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. They also have a sauna, which unfortunately, I did not have time to use, but that's a great amenity to have at a hotel. Breakfast was fine, as long as you stick to waffles. However, as we were leaving an inspector from the health department was there, due to a complaint from an employee stating that the hotel was using expired yogurt, and also making food at midnight to serve at breakfast. Needless to say, I'm glad I didn't eat the yogurt, but I would stay there again, if in the area.

My room was dirty upon arrival and throughout the entire stay, sink was clogged and tub/ shower unusable and no one made any accommodations to fix the problem. They referred me to Expedia stating because I booked through them and there were no more of the room category that I had available.
