The staff was absolutely friendly. That was about it. Cleanliness was unfortunately not their strong suit. When I got to the room I noticed that the carpets were absolutely filthy. There was an unknown substance on a section of the walls, there were hairs from the previous party all over the bathroom sink, majority of the pillows were soiled, the shower floor was dirty but luckily I had brought a pair of shower shoes. The place definitely needs to invest in a cleaning company that pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

We only stayed overnight while traveling thru the area. Rooms were as described & clean. Bed was comfy, pillows were kinda small and the queen beds only had 3 on them. The girl that checked us in talked very quietly & didn’t explain where the rooms were or anything about breakfast. Breakfast was a typical continental hotel breakfast. Morning staff was kind & attentive. Was a good stay for the price, we would stay here again.

A lamp on the wall in the corner was broken. The tube had hairs inside. The toilet seat was so loose I almost fell off of it. Half of the USB ports did not work. Another lamp did not work. A outlet next to a broken USB was buzzing all night. The room was for four guest online and that's why we booked it as we had four guest. So why do they only put three bath towels in the bathrooms. When I told the front desk person he just wrote it all down and said OK. No sorry or would you like a different room, nothing.

The clerk that checked us in was very sweet and even though she was having a busy night she treated us great. The stay was nice and they did all To accommodate the two room 7 party. Breakfast was very good.

The manager was nice BUT housekeeping doesnt do their job i checked out after 10 minutes of being in the room!!! There was feces on the floor and walls… and c..um my daughter thought it was lotion it even was on the floors and the remote for the tv. Stains on the blankets and cigarette burns… unbelievable smell upon entering the room i had to throw away my socks because i stepped in said feces on the floor will not return ever.

Aside from a very friendly staff, the visit was less than pleasant. Upon arriving, our room showed dark hairs across the bathrrom counter, the entryway carpet was ragged and showed areas of bare floor underneath, the hair dryer was missing and the hot water would merge over to ice cold water @wvery 2 minutes.

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was nice, but our hotel room was sub-par. The comforter had stains and the sheets had a strange odor. The headboard had cuts (like claw marks). It was fine for our one night stay, but do not recommend for any longer.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone with a pet. The only issue I had was when I checked in and got to my room the sheets were dirty and I had to go downstairs to get clean ones but other than that it was a good stay.

Barking dog
A dog down the hall barked off and on all night long. It was a big dog not a small one. The manager was having to knock on the door at 3 or 4 in the morning. Other than that everything was okay. TV didn’t work, but that could have been dead batteries in the remote.

Two thumbs down!
Checked in sheets was disgusting, called front desk they gave us another room. The next room TV didn’t work neither did the telephone to call the front desk. No blinds on the window to keep the sunlight out. Next day in the lobby another couple was complaining about dirty sheets and electrical issues , the argument got pretty heated to where the police had to be called out. After we came back to our room the beds was made up but no pillow cases was on the pillow they was just left on the bed, The housekeeping was not up to par, Stayed here before in the past and never had any issues I guess over the year things have change drastically nevertheless, we will never stay here again but we enjoy Mardi Gra.

Could use some work.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room needed to be spruced up. There were multiple areas in the ceiling that were peeling. In the bathroom there was an empty soap box in the shower. Just generally looked run down and not very clean. The beds were comfortable.
