Hotel staff went above and beyond when we arrived with our daughter who was just discharged from the ER with 3 fractures. Their kindness and thoughtfulness throughout our stay made our situation easier to bear. They definitely create a home away from home environment!

The staff at Holiday Inn express and suits were the absolute best. We had booked through Expedia, which I will never do again, and that caused a huge issue. The staff were very helpful and professional in working the situation out and resolved it for us very quickly. 5 stars for Holiday Inn, zero stars for Expedia.

Great Staff! Very friendly, helpful and attentive! Would highly recommend this Hotel! Also the ladies that ran breakfast every morning were so sweet and kept breakfast items stocked and assisted if you needed anything.
