Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "

"The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. "We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."

"Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"You can not get a better location to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. The view is breathtaking, the bike trail to Garmisch so close, the bus stop down the street, and the mountain trail almost at your back door. Perfect!! The Marion Haus family is a delight to work with as well and the garden, little pools of water and Fairy lights around the house very atmospheric. An overall gracious experience!"
