"Absolutely not and never again! The front desk people smile and we’re nice but barely helpful. The room was not stocked with an additional blanket for the pull out couch so I call the front desk, 2 hours past and nothing. Front desk claims the guy brought it when I called a second time, I said we are sitting here waiting to sleep at 11pm with no blanket. Then magically the blanket arrives within 5 min. The second night, a kid had an accident on the bed, I called to the front desk at 10am!!!!!! We need bedding replaced, she says ok. 2pm hit nothing yet. I tell house keeping she says tell front desk, she acts like she speaks zero English and can’t understand🙄. I tell the front desk AGAIN before we leave for umpire day. We came back 7pm. I didn’t even check the room but something just told me get what you need at this front desk before going to the room. The man at the front desk says oh housekeeping is gone!!! I said I called at 10am!!! And housekeeping told me to ask the front desk!! He said well not sure what we can do. I said so we are expected NOT to have blankets to sleep with ???? He went to the back and got 2 small blankets.. we never seen another duvet cover for the bed again and we stayed 5 nights. Lastly housekeeping came to “clean” the room. She came in, swept and left the bed, dishes, EVERYTHING else and said “finished”. I said are you going to make the bed???? The pool towels are tiny and the gym is a closet!!!"
