Disappointed that our friends were offered free parking…then our other friends got free parking. When we inquired about it…were told no one gets free parking. We aren’t going to argue with staff :/

We were there for Mother’s Day—nice each mom got a rose
I am very unhappy with Holiday Inn Express. I nearly missed my flight because there was no driver for a 7 am shuttle to the airport. I paid for my room and parking and that was to include shuttle pickup at the airport upon my return. When I called for pickup the employee lied to me saying the shuttle was already at the airport. It was not. I called and said no it’s not here. Same employee said “they are on their way” A few minutes later someone named Jim called me from Holiday Inn saying “it will be awhile before someone can come pick you up” So much for the convenience of a shuttle to and from the airport!! I do not have time to sit at the airport indefinitely. I had to take a taxi back to the hotel to get my car which cost me $34. I emailed Holiday Inn Express about my experience and they did not even reply to me. I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of commitment to customers. I put my trust in you, relying on you for transportation and you failed to provide what was promised.I can no longer trust your word so I will stay elsewhere from now on.

I prefer HI Express hotels. This one was convenient to airport, had a shuttle, clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff.

Excellent service. My family loved that shuttle service to mall of America was available 24/7. Transportation made it easy to visit the mall and stressless about finding parking at the mall. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

It was close to the airport. However! If you need a shuttle and the flight is late, plan on spending money to get an Uber. Even tho it claims to offer 24/7 shuttle service, no one answered the phone. Took me an hour to get to the hotel 10 minutes away. Not fun after a very long travel day. Once I got to the hotel, took another 10 minutes before anyone appeared from a back room to the front desk.

The staff, from shuttle driver to desk and cleaning crew, were courteous, friendly and helpful. The common areas and room were neat and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of foods and drinks. I will recommend this place to friends.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. When you’re already dropping cash on a stay, the additional $15 a day for parking feels like a bit of a slap in the face. Maintaining a parking lot should just be part of the cost of doing business.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was nice. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. Only disappointment was the lack of cleanliness of pool area, both the water and the pool deck were covered in hair and dust.
