Always our go to hotel when things fall through at other hotels. This time the pool was warmer then what we are use to. Always a good time! Staff was willing to help us after a wild game when we got back super late so we didnt have time for the pool. However, the staff gave us coloring books and stuff to play with to keep kids Occupied. Very good!

Service was pretty slow, as only one person was working. At one point, the poor girl had about 15 people waiting to get checked in. We booked two rooms. No washcloths in either room. Room service wasn't available. No bedding for the pull outs was available. Husband went down to the store to get a few drinks and some Tylenol and the clerk haggled with him on cost of things. Said they were all 6 a piece but she'd give it to him for 5. Just weird.

I specifically chose the hotel because their advertisement said they had local area shuttles. When I arrive, the signage says they do not offer any shuttle services. When I mentioned it to the staff, they were clearly not surprised and knew it was online, claiming it was expedias website not theirs. If you’re going to advertise and sell on a third party site, be responsible for the advertisement.

Frist - when we got there, at 4:10 they didnt even have a room ready for us. we had to wait 30 min before they had one ready. We had a Double Queen suite - the pull out is just not sleepable. We are a family of 6 so 3 beds was a must. They gave us 2 blankets & 2 padded sheets, did not help. it is all springs, no padding. Was awful. The front door security lock was broken. The door conjoining the 2 rooms had a hole in it, the lighting was awful, either super bright lights with no shade or dull. The tub was broken, the plug didnt work. Also, some of the photos show this hotel has a hot tub, it does not, I know a few people that came in confused about that.

Your front desk Amber- made my elderly mother cry! My mom and several other guests got stuck between the two front doors and Amber screamed at my mother and swore at her! My mom was not the reason the doors weren’t opening. This was confirmed by the other guests that were stuck. While waiting for pizza down in the lobby after 11pm Friday night, I observed her and the other front desk woman screaming at people that “we will add additional charges to your room if you aren’t quiet!” They were threatening a lot of people with that tactic. I also witnessed Amber get into several screaming matches with guests that weren’t happy about her tone and attitude. She was extremely rude. On Saturday AM- the guy that was working the front desk was also rude. Rolled his eyes at me when I asked him for a new key card because mine was not working. Also, there were no extra blankets in the rooms or at the front desk available. If you are renting rooms with 2 beds- it would be beneficial to have a blanket available for each bed. My kids slept without blankets on the pullout couch!!! We have stayed here on multiple occasions as well as rented large rooms for 2 funerals/memorials including food service. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and safety at your location. We heard a guest threaten another guest with “I’m gonna shoot you when you check out” and other guests fighting in common areas. Please get ahold of me as I do have more to add. Thank you!

This used to be my GO TO hotel whenever going to Bloomington, MN and visiting the Mall of America. I am very disappointed after this visit. The hotel is clean enough and some updating has been done, but it needs some serious maintenance. My thermostat in my room was broken so I could NOT shut the heat off, nor lower the temperature. Luckily it was cold outside so It was bearable with the heat running constantly. The room was very dated. Rips in the curtains, the dead bolt lock did not work on the door. The bathroom has been remodeled and now they only have SHOWERS in all the bathrooms. This used to be a top notch hotel, but as stated earlier, it needs some serious updating and maintenance.

We got to our room, and our room was 80 degrees. We complained, they told us that they were sending someone up right away. We checked in at 5 and stayed in our hotter than a sauna room for 5 hours before they came to do anything. The room smelled like chlorine so bad. The night attendant was literally yelling and swearing at guests who were stating the door wasn’t opening outside. My mother in law cried because someone told her to go to her fing room. We didn’t have any blankets for pull out bed and were advised that there were none left, but witnessed other people asking and receiving such items. Like they were picking and choosing who could get a blanket. Overall the staff sucked and maintenance was so slow. We had the ottoman propping our door open so some of the hot air could escape. Not happy at all

Recently stayed here and am highly unsatisfied. Two night stay, 2 adults and 4 children. The pullout sofa is so uncomfortable my CHILD is sore from lying on it. She could feel the bars of the bed. We kindly requested something…. Another mattress to stack or even an air mattress and they brought up a mattress pad… that’s the worst of the issues. 1 bath towel in a room for 6? 1 roll of toilet paper? Blood stains on 2 of the pillows as well as the sheets on the sofa bed… do we not know what a fitted sheet is even on the regular beds? I had sheets bunching up at our feet. NONE of this is comfortable or acceptable.

We had called ahead for extra blankets for the sofa sleeper since we would be arriving late at night with kids. We were assured there would be some at the front desk. When we arrived they were all out of blankets. When we got to the room the key didn’t work.

We had no blankets on our beds. The room phone didn’t work to request blankets. The curtains had a horrible-looking substance on them. The room really needs updating. Happy hour snacks were minimal at best and not served in a way that food safety was a consideration. The bartender was great! The carpet had numerous stains in it. The refrigerator did not work. Not so great a stay! Nice staff

Checking in there was only 1 staff member and it took about 45 min to even check in. Night reception was not an inviting environment. And shut off at 6:30 there was still a line to get checked in.
