Crowne Plaza is highly recommendable hotel and suitable to friends and families. The service is 5 star. It's like you've never been away from home. Superb facilities and service.

if you have business close to Linate airport and have no real desire to go into Milan, then this is the best bang or your buck

“three pleasant nights at Crowne Plaza”

I spent 3 nights at the hotel sharing a room with my wife and 2 kids. The hotel is situated in an ugly part of Milan outskirts, just 15 minutes away from Linate airport, and overlooks a busy motorway. Most of the other guests were people on business trips, as nearby there is a concentration of business buildings all linked to oil. So I wouldn't say the hotel is ideally located for a leisure trip. Not close to the underground or any other public transport. Nevertheless we rented a car and had a great time. The room was spotlessy clean and very comfortable for 4 people. The staff always courteous and attentive, you can't ask for more. Only thing we did not like was the brekfats, not included in the price, that it was priced 18 euro per person - well above the average price we paid for lunch every day!

If they don't offer pick & drop serivce then its very difficult to reach Metro/Airport. otherwise hotel is good.

Conveniently located near the freeway and San Donato metro station. There are not many other places to eat around the hotel but there are a couple of nice tratorias.

Good 3 / 4 starish hotel - does what it says on the tin. Excellent buffet lunch and courtesy bus transfer to airport and also San Donato metro so makes getting around Milan easy.

“Ideal stopover hotel”

A nice clean hotel ideal for a nights stopover but very expensive for taxis to and from the airport if checking in late as no shuttle bus available at these times.

I am not sure who and why rated this hotel with 4 stars but if you know Holiday Inn this is what you will get. I would day they are 2 1/2 at the most.
