"Worked as advertised. Good value hotel Ina convenient location. Room was of normal size which is a rarity in Manhattan. Beds were comfortable. While only continental breakfast was available for purchase downstairs, it was more than adequate and the lattes were quite good (better than at any Starbucks). Cozy lobby if you want to do a bit of work away from your room or meet up with someone. "

"Great stay. Quiet inside but could hear street traffic. Breakfast was very good. Although there were a lot of people in line for breakfast, they had a good system that got us seated quickly. Breakfast area is nice and big. Could not get temp in the room to fall below 68. Great for MSG events and Penn Station."

"I was hesitant about reservation due to some of reviews especially since 3 night stay. All staff/service /food (from coffee bar) were perfect. Yes, the resort fee is not worth it, but given location, guess it is not unusual "

"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

We were never informed. We were told that we were contacted, but that was not the case. Our stay was meant to be within a few blocks of our destinations. "Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "
