The hotel is located on Lexington Avenue just across the road from Grand Central Station where you have train and subway options. The Chrysler Building is a block’s walk away. Highly recommended."

"The staff is AMAZEBALLS from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The manager man at the 3pm cocktail hour was rude beyond what you would expect. The rooms weren't the cleanest but the housekeeping staff was very nice and polite. They could really use more polishing in the room. We shouldn't be able to wipe dirt off dressers and end tables with a washcloth. However we will go back. Those little things didn't change how convenient and centrally located they are much less the awesome...

"Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable. "Just a quick overnight stop on this trip. This is a beautiful hotel with a great lobby bar offering live music on Saturday evening. Guestrooms are spacious and well appointed. We had a corner room and it was surprisingly quiet for NYC. Comfortable beds and great in-room coffee. The bathroom walls and ceiling needed to be wiped down and cleaned better, but the heated floors are a nice touch! Also could use a second set of slippers and bathrobe for a room with two guests noted in the reservation....
