The location is great its a hotel club literally easy accessible to everything in southbeach right outside the beach for a cheap price

The room had roaches, there was no water in the shower and the sheets were dirty! Horrible place to stay!

Hello Yamileth. Since we are a warm weather destination, insects are common in Miami, but weekly preventive maintenance is performed at the property to avoid these instances. Please accept our apologies if this was your experience. Our bathrooms have running water, if there was an issue, we would ask that you contact our staff to look into it further. We're disappointed you did not have an enjoyable stay, but we appreciate your feedback.

I had no water , my sister room was dirty with bedsheets and they had to come to my room . The manager never showed his/her face and did not do anything about the situation

This was the perfect spot for a getaway for the weekend. Located in the heart of the night life. Multiple restaurants right below. Which I recommend. One a small issue...no wash cloths or multiple towels in the room if needed. 9/10

This was the dirtiest hotel I could’ve ever stayed. The bathroom mirror had molds and the shower head. The comforter looked dirty. The staff members never answered their phones and the tv could not connect to my iPad. The soap smell like it has mold as well.

I was not given any towels and they did not come to lean my room until I requested it also food over priced I had to walk through the restaurant to go get towels which was embarrassing but that was the only way I was going to get them was that I had to pick them up my self . Won’t stay there again

Hello Dian, we offer housekeeping service every 3rd day of your stay, but we will remove trash and replace towels daily. At any time during your stay, you may stop by the front desk to request additional items such as towels or amenities. Thank you for your review.

Hotel doesnt have parking, mandatory valet parking for $43 each day. The property is near everything in Miami Beach, but it is not clean, (i found a used tampon in the bathroom and it was definitely not mine) the hotel doesnt have coffee or microwave, so its a "you get what you pay for" kind of hotel.

Hello Dina, thank you for your review. We are a historic Art Deco hotel, so we don’t have a garage or parking lot, but valet service is offered as an optional amenity through a third party. Our rooms are cleaned prior to each guests arrival, so our housekeeping staff would not confirm a room in that condition. We appreciate your feedback.

The only thing I don’t like ? The property should advise in the app about the deposit they ask when you check in . In was not ready for . That’s all . Everything else super cool please

I would’ve gave this hotel a 5 stars until an incident happened and seem like no one wanted to help me with the situation a pair of my brothers Versace slipper was stolen from the room and when I bring to the staff attention no one seem to understand and they start talking other languages no apologies was issue or try to replay the video to see who came out the room with my brother slippers it was a gift and it seem like no care……

First room had gnats and lots of moisture second moisture and mildew smell old carpet in hall Man was mopping with a towel. Floor in room need S to be cleaned with a real mop.

The only problem with my stay was the card reader for the door kept acting up and lack of parking. Besides those issues, the hotel was in a great location walk for the conference I was down here for.

The location was nice. Parking to check in was awful. The room smelled so bad I stayed out more than in the room and it wasn't because of the entertainment. I was visiting for a funeral.However valet guy and front desk staff were great. Property needs to drop rates or educate the cleaning staff. I think I deserve a partial refund.

This property was in a convenient location on Collins Street. The hotel is a bit understaffed but if you don’t mind getting your own towels it’s just fine. Beware of a lengthy check in process though. The rooms all get cleaned at once and it creates a back up once 3 pm comes around. This wait tends to take an hour to an hour half.

The valet attendent was very very rude for no reason. I've been in the hotel field for almost 25 years and have never been treated in that way. I stay at your hotel every time i come to Miami and i normally talk about the hotel to people come to visit Miami for the first time. Have your valet staff treat customers better
