Only a few hotels have rooftop pools, but it would be nice to have one.

Dated property in need of upgrade. Shower didn’t work, beds were very noisy and uncomfortable however the location on Ocean drive was perfect for us!

It’s nice and on ocean drive infront of everything and you walk out and you have it all but the place for being a nice lixury hotel it’s modern and old no cable shower don’t close small tv

The room was clean but the stairs and lobby looked like they hadn’t been swept and mopped in months. Elevator was broken. Staff was friendly and attempted to make up for the shortcomings.

Loved that we were staying in a Old Building with history. Yes it's a bit dated, but it's right on South Beach, Affordable, and surrounded by amazing sights and places to eat. I would absolutely book here again.

No control over air it was so hot and humid in our room no evaluator so we had to carry our luggage 3 flights of stairs asked for help and they told me they don’t offer that it was terrible i tossed and turned so bad

Wonderful Stay
Before booking the room I read several bad reviews but because it was a last minute booking I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was extremely clean, the receptionist was friendly and had extremely hot water. The location was absolutely perfect. We needed a light bulb replaced and maintenance came immediately. The only negative was that the elevator didn’t work but not a big deal. The hotel is an older historic antique hotel which gives it character. Don’t believe everything you read bc we would have missed out on an affordable unique stay.
