Pool was out of order. Tiny towels. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Room was very nice. Shower was hot with a pulsing massager, so that was great too! A comfortable stay.

The only thing that seemed clean were the bed sheets. Pillows were in poor condition, carpet needed vacuuming and the furniture needed dusting. An old towel was left in shower area. Their was issues with the management...Yelling, pounding on door next to our room. At 1:30 am when this hapoifor the 3rd time I almost called the police.

The room is not ready we did not have towels or wash rags the TV was not working they tried giving us another TV and it did not work either the manager or maintenance guy said he'd be back with a another TV between 10:00 and 11:00 and never showed up so the staff went out of their way and took a TV out of their room to give to us but it did not work either the staff was excellent and try to help us

The staff was nice but the condition of the property was extremely poor. And seems as though whoever owns this hasn’t done any repairs/upgrades since it was built. Advertising is misleading as the pool is/has been broken, there “is no” complimentary breakfast and the carpet sticks to your shoes and the building stinks, … mostly of years and years of old cigarettes. I still cannot believe that Expedia supports businesses like this

Pool was not open, was told the heat motor was not operating. Then was told later by another employee that the hotel does not have insurance on the pool and the hot tub so it’s been closed for quite a while. No breakfast, as stated on their listing. No shampoo/conditioner. No iron. No hairdryer. Room was old but appeared clean…until you looked under the bed for moved the sitting chair from the corner. No fitted sheet on mattress, only had flat sheet where you laid on flat sheet or on thin mattress protector (was very stained up, appears to never have been washed). Lots of brown staining they expected us to sleep on. The quilt was old and had multiple cigarette burns on it. Some towels were white, but most had old stains on them, as if they needed thrown away. Some towels were not even whole, they were torn in half. Room was very mildew smelling. My kids could not stay in the room very long without allergy pills. Was told we could contact Expedia for a refund, and they would approve. This was denied by the hotel (myself and two witnesses present). The receipt had a much of “notice to guest” and “checkout/registration legality” language. When signing for the checkin, I was not told I would be signing basically a waiver of everything. Nothing was posted. We stayed in room 103, when requesting more info from the front desk there was an agent with a badge looking to see if the guy in room115 came back yet to raid his room and arrest him. Not exactly my idea of a safe hotel stay.

THERE WERE BED BUGS! They did not serve breakfast, nor was there a coffee pot in the room. We had to check four rooms before finding one that was barely acceptable. There were so many stains on the linens and half the lights didn't work. And the key card to open the back door didn't work, so anyone could walk in. The lady that checked us in was super nice but the guy that check us out was asleep at the desk and rude. No offer to even discount the room. Will never stay there again.

The front desk staff and the housekeepers were very nice. We had no problems with them but the owner likes to make up his own rules and charge whatever he wants even after you’ve already booked. He was mad that we used Expedia to book and weren’t paying his outrageous prices. He was also charging us 35$ A DAY for our small dog. I could pay those prices and actually get breakfast. They advertise continental breakfast but we were lucky if we even got hot coffee. They had a pool and hot tub there but it was closed. So we were paying close to 100$ a night plus a pet fee and that was discounted because we paid online. He ended up kicking us out because we didn’t want to pay his prices and continued to use Expedia while we were there. Now the room is going to sit empty and he won’t make money on it at all on it. Sucks to be him, he shouldn’t be so greedy! We absolutely loved Franny, Joanie and even Alan. They were so nice and treated us well!

False advertising/bate and switch. Called and booked a room with a military discount for a military ball on12/2 when we got there, no room was reserved for us and forced us to log into Expedia to reserve the room for a discount, but we never received the discount. When we went to our room there was already somebody staying there!!! When we went back to the front desk the woman said it was a couple another employee is allowing to stay there for free! This is all as the front desk woman was attempting to bake a cake in a toaster oven witch she burned while we were standing there. The next morning we found out there would be no breakfast available which they still advertise. It wouldn’t have been an issue if there would have been some place open at 7:30 am to eat at. When I called a couple days later to ask to speak to a manager the woman I talked to said he would call me back. I gave them a couple weeks with it being Christmas but no return call…… shouldn’t have been surprised with the experience we had!

The carpet was disgusting, the heater didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. The sheet so thin I could see the blood stained mattress BUT…. The comforter had NOT been washed and it had CCRACK PIPE BURNS all over it. No heat, crack burned comforter…. I left without staying and went to Best Western. Refund me.

Horrible first out of town experience
Well for starters, said pet friendly, when i made the reservations we were gonna bring the dog but something happened and we had to bring her and we were gonna pay the deposits mext day after we got paid. then we get there.. they wanna add 100 deposit "we get back when we leave" Second we get in the room we get a knock at the door for the dog depoist.. Gave them the first nights worth, they say no dogs aloud bc of an incident... that incident was the boss's dog fought a dog... its a massive pit.. so no more.. well she said she will let us know about our dog in the am from the boss.. well the boss said no the dog cant stay so we had to move to a different hotel... so we had to wait for our refund and our company had to charge us 2x bc we had to wait 3 business days for our money back.. 1 night is 60... they charged us 130 for 1 night bc they waited till 2 pm to say*the next day when check out is at 11pm) the dog couldnt stay and said it was a late check out.. when they waited till 2pm to tell us then said we arent kicking you out u left on ur own," we said the dog couldnt stay..." that was their way of getting out of saying they kicked us out... they also stole money from 3 other employess we work with. This place had roaches and they were all rude and dont deserve ppls money. They should all be fired and the place condemned.

They advertise a free continental breakfast and have absolutely nothing. When asked they were saying it was due to Covid (apparently they have not got the memo the pandemic ended). They advertise a pool and hot tub yet they claim it is closed due to repairs (A guy staying there told us he stays there often and it hasn’t been opened for months) The computer in the lobby doesn’t work and is covered in dust. Finally we stayed for three days…they NEVER cleaned the room and we had to beg for fresh towels. We might as well slept in the car at a truckstop.

The only thing good about it was the price. The bedspread had spots on it. There was no toilet paper in the room, I had to go ask for some from the front desk. A small side table in the room that was glass was covered with fingerprints. The desk in the room was all sticky. I pulled out a chair to use the outlet behind it and there were cobwebs behind the chair. I picked up at least five or six dead flies laying around. The website said they had breakfast, and there was even a counter in the lobby that had a sign breakfast bar over it, but when I went to check out the breakfast, all they had was coffee and it was barely hot. The television didn’t work, but since it was late in the evening, when we got back, we didn’t even bother asking the front desk for help. The pool was out of order. The bed was ok, but that’s it. The linens were really dingy. Just not a good experience overall.

Very sad as I heard from local residents this property was very nice, clean and a lovely property to visit. Now, the complete lack of pride or caring about this property is very sad. The entire property is run down, dirty and dilapidated.

The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana…the construction crews that stayed there smoked so much pot the staff couldn’t spray enough air freshener to cover it up…I didn’t sleep for two nights and eventually had a sore throat from how thick the smell was. Mustard gold bedspread (not comforter) from the late 70’s…sheets so thin you could read a newspaper through them…carpet was disgusting. Pool was closed, no continental breakfast even though it was listed. Staff was pleasant and apologetic and the plumbing worked.

Booked NON smoking 2 queen beds - upon arrival driving 20 miles farther north of our destination they try to put us in a handicap King room - only available is smoking with 2 queen beds. Floors discussing, no fitted sheet just a flat sheet, comforters all stained - door to room barley shuts Half the lights don’t work and the outlets to charge don’t work! Let’s start with the parking lot - in bad need of resurfacing- lots of holes and dips (not what pictured on the website). No breakfast was served because the Health Department hadn’t been back to approve the new paint job on the indoor pool. Since we were staying four nights, I told the desk clerk we didn’t need the sheets changed but they could do the rest- clean towels, trash, etc. The room was never cleaned (we know because the same dead roach was in the bathroom the entire time). We had clean towels one night but only one wash cloth (for two people). Our last night there we returned after 11pm and no towels. The desk clerk said he would see if he could find some, “We barely have enough towels for the rooms; we don’t have extras.” He found towels but no wash cloths. The ice machine broke down and there were signs on the vending machines- NO REFUNDS, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The carpeting needs to be replaced in the halls and bedrooms. We were basically just wanting somewhere to sleep because we were gone during the day. We’ve stayed here before and booked this time because the rate was cheaper than any other hotel in town; but we will not be staying there again.

Tv didnt work and when they fixed it ( almost 2 hours later, and me calling again about it) you couldnt use remote to turn up or down volume or turn on or off tv, motel smells musty, comforter and curtains were so worn they had holes.
