dirty and its not what is in the webside. the locaction is good in the center historical of mexico but dirty. not enogh water in the bathrooom to shower and not good condition. Not wifi in he hotel. Not TV in the room .

Good location in the heart of the city. Great close location and perfect for what I wanted. Was out all day exploring and nice and close to come back to sleep. A good budget hotel with friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel provides basic accomodations and it great if you plan to get out and see the city. It is close to shops and excellent food vendors, walking distance of the Zocalo and other attraction. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Decent stay!
This place is very simple. The location is good. Close to lots of restaurants and activities in centro. Its about 15 min walk to Zocalo. Rooms are clean. This hotel is mainly for folks that are on a budget. There is 24 hour security. Overall its fair. The internet is 7/10. If you are a heavy internet user than this place is not for you.

Convenient, clean, inexpensive, ok hotel stay .There's no TV or hair dryer and beds are ok comfortable. It can be noisy, loud echo from lower parking lot floor. But overall, this hotel stay fulfilled my goal of outdoor, city touring experience. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood towards Zócalo/downtown.

Great service, excellent location
Pleasant stay. We arrived quite early that morning and were allowed to check in immediately. That was very much appreciated. Room is exactly as the pictures. Color changes but room is as pictured. It has been recently painted and feels clean. The location is great with access to public transportation, two different metro lines within two blocks and trolley stop also within two blocks. It is an easy walk to the Zocalo, Fine Arts and many other tourist attractions. Overall it was a good stay, great service, easy access to transportation and within walking distance to many places.

Hotel is in the centro, day time is ok, lots of businesses but once shops close it’s a very sketchy looking area. it is ok if you are not going to be walking once dark.

So coming from the us we were staying in different hotels threw out Mexico City. We didn’t plan on it and booked this hotel last minute. Yes we booked it because it was cheap. I loved the price ! Uber drivers had difficulty locating the hotel. Once we got there the security guard gave us the keys and was unsure at first if I even had a reservation. Everything is old and outdated. Once we got to the room it was nice it’s just small but it was fine. Clean was good. To me it felt more of a hostel than hotel. The water took a while for it to heat up and it smelled of bad pluming. The lights outside my room kept flickering because they were broken. The worse part is that the hotel is above a parking lot. You just hear cars and noises that eco threw out the rooms. The walls are paper thin and can even hear the guest sneeze. I didn’t see any workers just security for the first day the second I saw the host. The one thing I have to say is that the workers are amazing treated us great. We had to do some errands before our plan and asked to leave our luggage there. We tried to tip but refused. Customer service great! Room noise is horrible you won’t get a good nights sleep

In the town...you will find good tacos
Hotel is fine, even if in the eve there is no hot water for shower (morning yes ) the storm took out internet and no ac for the over the top humidity ....not many electrical plugs in the tiny room and the male staff nicer than female staff in the morn....Its frustrating if they won't try to to speak English...but the guy ...he was really nice and funny....no worries...you get what you pay for...cheers

Fine if you're not picky, lots of noise though
If you're cool with a good Motel 6 (all Motel 6's aren't good), then you'll be fine here. If you're expecting more than that, you will be disappointed. This hotel served our purpose: be near all the sites around Centro without spending a ton of money. It's clean and comfortable enough. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The big cons were that the walls are paper thin and it gets quite noisy in the morning and evenings. Also note, there isn't air conditioning, which wasn't an issue for us, but it can get quite toasty at night and there's no air flow in the room which caused a musty smell. They give you a fan, but ours was too noisy for sleeping.

Hotel in Historical area
The hotel was a little hard to find..however the staff was kind. And police were nearnby...which is a plus. Reserved online and staff waited for the reservation to go through. Price was decent...room was clean. Overall, if one is looking for a safe decent place to stay...it is not a bad choice.

Ok hotel, good location and price
It's located near popular shopping streets and metro stations and about a 10min walk from the city center. However, keep in mind that the streets are almost completely deserted after 10-11pm on an average night, some might advise against night walks, but for me, it felt safe enough for late night strolls alone, I was perhaps more threatened by the many stray dogs, which I think they're harmless. The staff were nice enough but none of them spoke anything but Spanish, although they made an effort to communicate. The room looked clean and comfy, however upon a closer look, the bed sheets seemed to have been unchanged since the last occupant, I asked them to change them, and they instantly complied. And the towels, even if washed, seemed to be still stained. The room comes with free wifi, but it's almost non-existent, it's so slow it's unusable.. it takes over a minute to load a simple page, you end up with countless timeouts. The worst part of the stay is the noise.. although the hotel is located on a quiet street, there's always someone playing music, having loud conversations or moving barrels and whatnot at 4am.. bring good ear plugs or wake up many times over a night. Overall, you get what you pay for, but for the cheap price, it's not that terrible.
