Awesome location and super friendly staff! Very comfortable beds. The only issue is there are no real bathroom doors- just a somewhat transparent swinging glass barrier with no lock. It’s not very appropriate for families or friends to stay together. I’d only recommend it for couples!

Hotel was 10 out of 10. This hotel offered everything we were looking for. The location is set on the main road that connects you to El Zocalo and other major attractions. You can literally walk to those attractions from the Hotel. You can board a tour bus at the Zocalo that can take you anywhere within Mexico City. The staff at the hotel was excellent from the doorman to the front desk to the cleaning ladies. They were extremely helpful with everything that we needed. If you are the type that enjoys healthy food the breakfast buffet is highly recommended. They serve coffee, orange juice, and assorted fresh fruits. Our view from our room was outstanding. The only suggestion that I would make, as a personal opinion, is putting bananas on their breakfast menu. Understand that this hotel is on the main thoroughfare of Mexico City so if you are in a room facing the Main St., Madero, there will be music until the late hours but nothing that some “white noise”can’t fix. The AC system was freezing cold which we loved. Hotel was extremely clean and we are already making plans to go back in November.
