Exclente ubicacion, conectado con las principales vialidades. Opcion de transporte publico a 300 metros. El staff es exclente, siempre atento a las necesidades y muy seguro para andar y comprar algo para cenar o comer. La estancia muy agradable. :)

The hole second floor smelled like solvent and the staff said it was not the hotel's fault. We had to sleep the whole night -with kids- with that hazardous smell.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, our only complaint was the pillows. The are like rocks very uncomfortable, and a/c unit makes a lot of noise. The hotel is located in a good area walkable small shops and restaurants..

This property is far away from VIP experience. The place can't change linens, the towels very old and ragged, they only provide one envelope of coffee per stay. The restaurant is awful, slow and they can't cook.

Worse noisy hotel
This is the noisiest room hotel I’ve ever been before, and I’m not that picky at noises. I’m not sure if it was the position of the room, but mine you can hear steps, other rooms, all the hotel movement of service, a construction in morning, but mostly the ring of the elevators 24/7. Is anyone really need the elevator ring?

Good enough for a short stay.
The hotel has a proper restaurant with a reasonable extensive menu; food is good in general. The facilities require better maintenance —not good enough wifi in higher floors. You only get towels for the shower but no hand towels. Service is very attentive and helpful. Location is excellent. Not an excellent place but good enough for short stays.

Quick, ok, but no ventilation!
Good location between Roma and Condesa (10 mins walk) Room spacious enough but bathroom was small and had no ventilation or extractor, also the room had no way to open a window (floor to ceiling windows) so it always felt stuffy. Service is good, i say overall an ok place to stay

We stayed for two nights. It was in an ok location but considering everything we had planned I probably would have stayed somewhere else. The bedroom had ample space and I appreciated the toilet being separate from the sink. Pillows gave me a stiff neck though. 3/5
