If you're looking for a five star luxury hotel, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable place in a great location, put Casa Inn on your list.

“Great location in mexico City”

Overall is a good hotel for the price paid, which by the way is lower if booked online (a 25-20% against the hotel rate). If you don't need any extra service from then you won't have any problems, otherwise prepare to pay (a lot) for everything. they charge you for parking service, they have really high phone rates... etc. I choose this one for the location.

i was there for 6 days and I got the best service, restaurant, desk and hostes. very good food at the buffet and the rooms very clean.

“Very Happy with this hotel!”

We stayed at this hotel during the swine flu epidemic and they treated us like royalty. One of the best perks of this hotel is that they have their own tourist taxi service right across the street. This taxi stand ONLY services this hotel so I felt very safe. We paid one of the drivers to take us while we ran errands and he charged us a very fair price. It was nice not to have to get another taxi on the street. The beautiful Angel of Independence and Zona Rosa are within walking distance and the rooms are nice. They have a lot of security which is also very nice. I would stay there again for sure!

“Nice hotel, good service”

My stay on this hotel was very pleasant and the quality of service was great. People was nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plus, the area around the hotel is pretty secure and the hotel is very close to the Chapultepec Woods. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

This hotel provides comfortable but not luxurious accommodation for visitors to Mexico city. Very efficient check-in and check-out procedures. Friendly staff. Many of its guests are Mexicans so there is a good chance to meet local people.

its s good hotel, very clean, i was only one night.. i walked to the zona rosa, is a 10 min walking. if you want to stay on the zona rosa, have to choose another hotel, but if you want to stay near of zona rosa and paseo reforma its a good hotel.

Although its appearance from outside looks old, its interior and service is pretty good.

The hotel is in a great location especially if you like eating out as there are some great restaurants nearby. The hotel is also located right near the main road. The staff are also very good and really helpful. The travel guide in the hotel was very good and very informative. My only negative if I was being picky was the fact that the aircon in the rooms was quite noisy.
