"The first room.was filthy n had bug in the bed. Looked like blood on the floor , switched to a 3rd floor room no elevator n I'm handicapped. That room was better but still bad..TV only 1 channel no working battery in remote, tub shower head sticking out of wall n dirty with white scum on it toilet kept running all night, the fan in bath was very loud sounded like a lawn mower,no screens in the sink or tub drains don't drop your ring. The shower was dirty n surround walls cracked the furniture is old n beat up the stairwell...3 flights, was filthy n pulling away from walls scary. The only nice thing was staff. The breakfast, had to wait over 10min for coffee, the boiled eggs were turning brown how old were they? The place needs to be torn down n rebuilt."
