"The crowd of people that stays there makes you wanna put a chair against your door but it’s to short to reach to lock door handle"

"There are a few reasons I didn't give higher ratings. 1. Every time I went to the front counter, including check-in, the person behind the desk was outside smoking. They apologized every time, but it was more than twice. 2. The door to my room (#118) needs to be replaced. It is hard to get the lock to go in the door frame. I had to jiggle and push/pull until it went in after a two minute struggle. 3. My door it self looks like it was pried open at the bottom. The doorframe is bent enough at the bottom that you can see into the hallway. 4. The lady that came out to clean up while we were eating breakfast kept mumbling about how people don't know how to close the lids on the containers of the food. I understand she was frustrated, but you don't do that in front of customers."

"We made it to the property about 5 minutes before check in. I approached the desk and said “I know were early (5 minutes) but are we able to check in.” The woman at the counter looked up and said “I’m waiting on rooms”. I asked how long and she just looked at me. We went downtown and explored for a couple of hours so no big deal I guess. We came back and checked in no problem. Decided to use the pool. The water level was low so the poll was not on or filtering. There was no sign that it was out of order, but there were bugs and debris floating in it. The room was clean and comfortable. It was rough to sleep as it was either too hot, then when the air kicked on, freezing. But that just be me. The breakfast was good and the Breakfast area was stocked and clean. The location is convenient and had lots of shops and restaurants close. All in all, this is a solid 3 star motel, which is what I paid for…"

"The front desk guy was pretty non-inviting. He flatly answered questions and no more. Not impressed at all. The morning person on duty just seemed anxious for us to all get checked out to leave! Staff not at all impressive. Rooms were clean enough. Breakfast fair - not impressive. Sheets were like sandpaper."
