"Arrived to check in and was met by Tracey, the owner, who promptly gave us an upgrade. The cottage was superb with a modern country chic style. The ambience was warm and cosy with the gas log fire, comfortable bed and large bathroom complete with a claw footed bath. As well tea and coffee there was hot chocolate, shortbread biscuits and chocolate bars. Just what you need after a day of exploring and hiking. We loved our stay so much we stayed an extra night. "House was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable with lovely views and privacy. Couldn't really fault anything other than the water pressure is not the best, not that this is in anyone's control. Still wouldn't deter us from staying here again."
