"Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited."

"This Riad was a dream! If we ever return to Morocco, we will definitely stay here again. The location was incredible because it was less than 5 minutes walking to any of the main places, yet a quiet setting to rest and sleep. The rooms were big and air conditioned. The breakfast buffet put even the biggest American buffets to shame. The customer service was also impeccable. They provide everything one would need from bath amenities to pool towels to giving directions and tips for where to go. We had a minor hiccup in our stay and the staff handled it immediately and provided dinner on the house just for the inconvenience. We have traveled to multiple countries and this stay has been one of the best ever. Being from the southern part of the USA, I am accustomed to great hospitality and this Riad did not disappoint."

"The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely (day or night) and highly recommend it. The location is very convenient with easy walking distance to many dining options off property and quick car/taxi access to most of the things a visitor would want to see. But...rooms are very dated as was the onsite restaurant. I found the front desk staff to be rude and not at all accommodating. Overall, definitely not a 5-star experience but a reasonable 3-star option as long as you manage your expectations. That's just not what we wanted or what we paid for averaging over $400 per night in the off-season."

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day was a great bonus. Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish."

"The pool was great - we spent most of our time there. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful. The breakfast always seemed a bit crowded - they could do wi the rethinking it a bit and while it was a buffet i felt it was a bit on the cheap side."
