Lovely hotel and great staff in a super location to walk in and around the Medina.

Excellent hotel and very relaxing place to stay. It is within walking distance of kooutabia mosque and Jmaa el Fania. The food is excellent. Staff were always polite and helpful. The rooms were big, clean and overlooked the pool.

Very good service If I needed something it was done Room service excellent and definite value for money. Stayed in Marrakech 23/02/13 to 28/02/13 The hotel isn't located far from the square and once I familiarised myself with the area I enjoyed a 10 - 15 minute to and from the square everyday. I've stayed in a number of hotels in Marrakech over the years but value for money - Novotel all the way.

A very good quality Hotel all round, excellent and friendly staff. Location is ideal for those folks who are city dwellers......and reasonably located for those that loves escaping to the country side. Casablanca roads and traffic is something else.

Hotel is well located - easy access to shops and restaurant. Most of the staff are friendly and very helpful, most particularly the breakfast chef: Amin - he always welcomed us with a smile and always remained positive. Hotel very good at accommodating last minute booking of dinners and helped us whenever we had any questions. Family and I enjoyed our stay here. Only criticism would be that there is no where to sit outside, like a garden area and no swimming pool.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms are great and very comfortable, with a cultural appeal. I can't say enough about the quality of the staff...they truly made the stay for us. They were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. They also arranged tours and guides for us at reasonable ratea. And the food at the hotel, while expensive, was delicious. And from talking to other tourists, the food has the reputation of being the best in town. Breakfast was included with the room, which was a nice addition as well.

If you're looking for a authentic Riad, this is the place to stay. It is located ony a few minutes walk from the Medina and close to Batha Museum which has a wonderful courtyard to sit in. We arrived just before 1am and were greeted by Rachid the hotel porter. He was kind enough to make us some hot milk and a light snack as we were hungry after the stopover. We stayed in the wonderful Mezzanine suite which was ideal as it separated the first floor bedroom area from my son sleeping downstairs. The bathroom was spacious and original in style. The hotel is situated in the Old Town and you can easily access the rest of Fez from here. Breakfast is served freshly cooked when you come down and is enough to keep you full well after lunch time. We ate in the hotel on the first evening and the food was excellent, in fact the best we have had, considering we are well travelled in morrocco The hotel manager and assistant manager ( Zahra) are very helpful in making your stay as comfortable as possible and speak good English. Zahra was always close to hand for any advice we needed which was a great comfort as not many people spoke English in the town. Zahra was also kind enough to liase with the airport as we had lost our luggage on the transit flight. Our flight on the way back home was at 6am and the chef's prepared breakfast for us at 2.30am!! Wonderful service! We have no hesitation in recommending the Dar Al Andalous - Riad to anyone staying in Fes as we had a lovely time!
