"It was a nightmare checking in. Staff said they couldnt find our reservation number. Then claimed they found it and gave us a room, but not the one we reserved and paid for. When questioned, we were told we had to call Expedia!?! So we did, and after about 2 hours we were finally given the actual room we had reserved. Such a hassel for a stay at a hotel that was not as great as claimed."

"Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. A very basic hotel (no frills). Basic breakfast. Lower than average room rates accurately reflect what you recieve. Hotel rooms could use some updates, but that would likely cause room rates to increase. It was adequate."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. An extra light near the entry door would be nice, other than the light on the desk and lamp between beds. Bathroom fan was broken/noisy. Breakfast was the standard fare - Waffles, cereal, omelets, sausage, hard boiled eggs, milks and juices. However, ran out of omelets at 8:30 a.m. and employees weren't checking to refill. Front desk check in upon arrival was friendly, professional and quick. An employee was waiting at the desk, even at 11 p.m."

"Good value and decent breakfast but rooms were filthy. Every chair and sofa in our room was stained. My son was going to sleep on the pullout couch until I opened and found nothing but crumbs. The huge jacuzzi tub was great but the lighting in the bathroom was too low."
