One complaint was having the room cleaned one day while we were in it... and not cleaned particularly well that day... but perhaps this snafu was due to the language barrier. "A bit disappointed, room was basic and small even so it’s called superior, Did the self check in which was good since there was a big queue when I arrived, Room was overheated and couldn’t be adjusted by the air condition.. had to sleep with open window which was of course very noisy in the early morning since it is at the airport. Bar and restaurant was overcrowded so at least I was able to go to the adjoining Steigenberger.. Room price was good compared with the neighbouring hotel."

"This hotel is about an hour out of Berlin but the bus and S Bahn connections are very good. The hotel is clean the staff pleasant to deal with.
