“FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY”

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in,and I have stayed at some expensive hotels. The room was so nice It felt like you were in someone's home. I would rate the staff there A plus. I only stayed there one night so I did not have a chance to try their restaurant. It was so nice there I wished that I didn't have to leave! This is a real 4 star hotel.

Staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Location is very convenient- from public transportation to department store, and nightlife. Steam room is extremely hot though...I can only stay for maximum of 3 to 5 mins. But,my overall stay is extremely satisfied! Can't wait to go back to this hotel...

Best hotel service I've ever seen - EVERYONE was friendly and extremely cordial...I felt like a rock star or something! Good food, comfortable rooms, glamorous decor. Also very secure - this will be my hotel whenever I visit the Philippines!

“Superb view of Manila Bay”

I've stayed at the Diamond Hotel every time I am in Manila - it has a fantastic view over Manila Bay - I was upgraded and had the most beautiful sight of a golden sunset over the bay. The service is always first class, the staff very friendly and helpful. There are many cafe/bars and a great shopping mall nearby to cater for all needs. Definitely recommended.

“Excellent hotel”

Excellent hotel. Everything was great from the hotel staff ,to the room, and to the food. I give the hotel 5 stars for everything,except for the neighborhood. But even in America, some great hotels aren't in the best neighborhoods either. When I go to Manila, I always check the Diamond Hotel first.

“Excellent 5 Star Service”

It's almost as nice as something like the Peninsula at less than half the price. Recommend upgrade to Diamond Club Floor with lounge...worth every penny!

“Diamond Hotel is A+”

Diamond Hotel is 5 star. Virtually all rooms have view of Manila Bay. Staff hospitable to a fault. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Huge windows and relaxing colour scheme. Housekeeping excellent. Room quiet, immaculately clean, comfortable. The curtains heavy enough to keep the room darkened during the day. Bed comfortable. Shower water pressure excellent. The bathtub comfortable for either bath or shower. Health centre reflexology treatments A+. Hotel security is excellent. Loads of taxis available. It never was a problem hailing a cab...except on Friday afternoon which seems to be a particularly heavy traffic time for taxi service. Convenience store nearby. Diamond is not far (by taxi) from some of the main tourist sites (intramuros, St. Augustine Cathedral). I also stayed at the Edsa Shangrila. Although it also is a comfortable hotel, I liked my room at the Diamond better. It has a brighter atmosphere. Also, because of the view of Manila Bay, I prefered the location of the Diamond. I will definitely stay at the Diamond again. Five stars all around.

Excellent value for the high quality of service, amenities, location, and great breakfast! Because the hotel is on Manila Bay the air quality was better than in other parts of Manila.
