“Hotel not to be missed”
First impressions were the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of staff. Food could not be faulted, well presented, tasty and hot. Hotel situated close to beach but far enough away from hustle and bustle.
“WORTH EVERY PENNY!”
After a horrible one night disaster in another hotel, my 2 girlfriends and I switched over to this hotel for our remaining 3 nights. The food is absolutely delicious, they have fun exciting live entertainment for adults and children. It its only a 5 min walk to the beach where you can relax eat or have cocktails. Their lobby is beautiful and the rooms are great as well. All of the staff is friendly and very in tune with your needs. If you need something you will get it right away. My boyfriend from the US was trying to call and was having a hard time, so they sent someone up to help the call come through. For it not being a 5 star hotel, we sure did get the 5 star treatment!
“will go back again”
brilliant hotel,good food,very clean.all staff extremely helpful.the hotel is good for both couples and family's alike.It's only about 200mtrs from the beach,and it's in a central location,we have stayed in other hotels in palma nova but for us this one is definately the best.we have now stayed at the mirlos on four different occasions and will definately be going back again.

A very good 3 star hotel. Well positioned for either Palma Nova or Magaluf. Good quality food and well organised.
“Good location, good hotel”
This is a good hotel, clean with good food and friendly staff. The hotel has a car park, which is not mentioned in the description, and we found that useful as we decided to hire a car to get out and see some of the island. The beach is 5 minutes walk away, very clean with a safe bay to swim. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by. We were half board in the hotel and the choice and quality of food at each meal was great. Hot food was hot and cold, well cold, and that's exactly what you want. The only fault is the very thin walls, but I imagine evey hotel is the same. The rooms aren't the biggest but were ample for myself and my husband. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to all the action but quiet enough at night to let you sleep. Mallorca is a beautiful island and I recomend getting out and seeing some of it, Palma is very historic. The roads are fairly busy and the spanish are mad drivers but its easy enough to navigate and the major roads are very good.

“Reasonable for the price”
+ Great location, 3 mins to sandy beach, 10 mins to Magaluf + All inclusive good value but food not great + Above average entertainment for kids and evening shows e.g tribute bands (Lady Gaga, Abba, Take That on big outdoor stage) + Good service, helpful staff + Pool not too deep for children - Small rooms - Hard beds - Shower cubicle difficult to use without flooding bathroom (i.e. in room without bath) - Cold water in pool It's about what one expects from a 3* Spanish hotel. I would go back.
