"Listing showed map at 4 blocks from the beach it was actually longer. If Gulf Blvd is st #1, house is at st #9, about 7 or 8 blocks. Definitely doable, but not what I was told by host or site. House was livable, but it had an ant problem and roaches, the air conditioning in most of the rooms was not cold enough. The one room that has king size bed with bathroom was an oven all the time especially at night. Site includes a grill as an amenity, but the grill was falling to pieces when I contacted...

"This place was PERFECT. The unit itself was so cute and so clean. It felt much like home from the start. It's location is hard to beat if you want the best of watching boats, hitting the beach, and access to food and nightlife. We didn't rent a car, and we didn't need to. Everything was right there. "We stayed for cheer summit in Tampa and will absolutely stay next year perfect location gas station across the street Kohns Pass a 2 min drive St Pete was a half hr beach and pool were great for kids going back and forth.
