Jackie was a very personable host. The accommodations were fabulous- room was large and beds were comfortable. And the house is absolutely splendid.

Very nice B&B in the country. Nice host and awesome breakfast. Some of the hardwares like toilets, faucet, mattress could use some upgrades but I also understand that the host may not want to overdo it to keep the vibe. Anyhow, recommended!

Nice quiet setting in the Irish countryside. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind and accommodating. A bit removed from the mainstream, but that's exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Amazing Irish Country Home
We had a wonderful time here. The house is beautiful and our room was spacious. I was hot and the hosts were kind enough to find a fan. Jackie, our host, was so friendly and charming. We Loved the bar (which operates on an honor system) and is so charming. We met the horses and their three dogs. Breakfast was wonderful. I Highly recommend staying here!!

This is a beautiful restored country property, with magnificent views and easy access to the town of Macroom. The breakfast was delicious, but coffee and tea service was available in the upstairs hallway as well as in each room. Additionally, there is an informal family area with a pool table, bar, and games. Improvements would include better beds and better lighting in the bathroom. Great value, all in all.

Trip to Southern Ireland
This was a surprisingly nice B&B outside Cork. A little out of the way but great signage made it easy to locate. Welcoming staff, beautiful room and great breakfast! The bed was not the most comfortable, but we slept well. The surrounding area was gorgeous!

Wonderful Manor House... you feel like you are a wealthy Lord. Jackie was very hospitable. Zara was a lovely Irish angel and a great help to her dad. Enjoyed our stay.

We were put in the gate house which is not part of the main house as advertised. It is dirty, run down, no breakfast, freezing cold, old/worn out mattresses, etc. There is no mention of the property being reserved as different than all the pictures provided. Definitely not a 4 star property.

Beautiful setting! Definitely off the beaten path, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the bonus room with a wood stove and comfortable seating! Breakfast is made to order, wonderful hospitality!

The experience was very nice, beautiful home and property and hosts were lovely. Negatives mainly was it was far out to Cork, no lift in house and bedrooms were 2 flights up and shower needed work. Hosts were very accommodating carrying bags upstairs

A beautiful peaceful property, nothing too much, amazing amenities - with a wonderful onsite “pub” and snooker table! Bed very comfortable! We had room 2- double- excellent size and room 4- triple room- again excellent size. Missed restaurants in near town so got own food to take back- kindly helped with plates cutlery and then tidied up after us… very much appreciated - was really nothing too much trouble! Loved meeting the family dogs too. Thanks all Lambert family

Lovely and quiet.
We were welcomed warmly at arrival and shown directly to our room. We had 3 adults and had a lovely, spacious room with a large jacuzzi tub. The property was large and well cared for. We would highly recommend this B&B.
