"I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's drinks and food. I noticed in the elevator there was a sign that stated your satisfaction (or something to that effect) was Guaranteed. That was not the case. How hard would it have been to replace the refrigerator or move me to a different room? The hotel was not busy."
