“When in Lund”

This is a great place. My little apartment was very comfortable. It is good to have cooking facilities and laundry if you are staying more than a few days. You get a good breakfast and staff are very pleasant.

“Excellent value”

Although not luxurious, this centrally located hotel was perfectly adequate and excellent value for money. The studio room was clean and spacious with a useful kitchen area. It had no bath but the walk-in shower was excellent - although no air extractor in the bathroom was a minor issue. Also there was no air conditioning but with large windows to open this was not a problem. Although rooms are not cleaned daily again we did not find this a problem as bedding was easy to sort out. Small issue was we had to request more towels/ toilet paper but they were promptly provided with no fuss. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a superb choice of quality food and drink on offer. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and gaining access after reception had closed was simple. Overall a very positive experience.

“Great stay for business and leisure”

Lovely 5 nights in Stayat Lund,me business, husband holiday. Great value. Staff very kind and helpful. Excellent well equipped studio apartment: modern decor, good size, well designed, beautifully clean. Spacious with windows along one wall, kitchenette on wall by entrance, large wet room off bed/sitting area. Hotel breakfast: great selection of things for muesli plus cereals, lovely fresh bread, crispbread, cheese, cold meat, juices, yoghurts, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, pretty arrangements of real flowers on tables. Beds v comfortable. Lighting design really good, nice balance of task and ambient. We liked that the rooms were not cleaned everyday, recycling bins in kitchenette and towels not automatically renewed every day, more environmentally friendly, you could ask for clean towels as needed. Free internet connection in room, sauna in hotel (did not try this). No restaurant (apart from breakfast), bar or room service so if these are important then not for you, but lots of options in easy reach & kitchenette means you can do your own thing. Hotel is central, short walking distance of museums, cathedral (5 mins), botanic gardens (end of street), shops, supermarket. Public transport good, railway station approx 15 mins walk. Centre of Lund great for walking, relatively free of cars,people cycle. English widely spoken,put us to shame but a great help!

“Clean inexpensive hotel in Lund, Sweden”

New apartment-style hotel, catering to business travelers on extended stays. The rooms were clean and very quiet, with a kitchenette and a good shower. Comfortable European bedding with duvees. Typical of an apartment hotel, the towels and bedding weren't change on a daily basis and soap and shampoo weren't provided. Friendly desk staff. Very extensive continental breakfast with fresh breads, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, muesli, but with enough variety to satisfy American tastes. 1 internet kiosk in the lobby. Adjacent to a grocery store, ATM, and open air market. Decent value; we'd stay there again. Glad we brought soap and shampoo!

“good facilities and central location”

Comfortable spacious and clean, kitchenette fully equipped. Supermarket close by, and easy stroll to centre. Good choice at continental breakfast. About 10 mins walk to station.

“Nice Hotel”

Our week at the Stayat Hotel in Lund was great. The room was an adequate size and very clean. The kitchenette was great and we used it every day, which really saved us money. There was also convenient access to local buses, museums, & historic sites. The breakfast, which was included, was the typical bread, cheese, cold meats and vegetables and was good. The staff were very helpful.

“Reasonably priced clean hotel”

Our second stay at this hotel. Geared to business travelers/extended stay. Apartment style hotel with kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, etc. Shampoo not provided, daily maid service and new towels not provided. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Attentive staff, although desk isn't staffed 24 hrs a day. Very nice European-style breakfast. Much cheaper than other nearby hotels which don't include breakfast. Grocery store, restaurants, shopping district, and outdoor market nearby.

“Definitely stay here again”

Really like the hotel apartment idea, would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others. Very comfortable clean room and great location.
