Better training of staff would help
"ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. "The room was very good, everything worked. Loved the cartridge coffee and tea machine. No iron or ironing board. They have a pool, but I didn’t find a fitness room. Convenient, 10 minute walk to train station 5 minutes to downtown, nice walking path along river. Good bar and restaurant."
