"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious while also maintaining the character of Luang Prabang. The restaurant was delicious as well. The location is perfect for walking around Luang Prabang and down to the Night Market. It was hard to get responses from the hotel at times before we arrived and we had some issues with attempting to arrange transfers through the hotel but it was also a holiday which complicated things. "This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."
