"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious while also maintaining the character of Luang Prabang. The restaurant was delicious as well. The location is perfect for walking around Luang Prabang and down to the Night Market. It was hard to get responses from the hotel at times before we arrived and we had some issues with attempting to arrange transfers through the hotel but it was also a holiday which complicated things.
