We called this hotel for four hours to let them know that we were going to be checking in after midnight and no one seem to answer them at the front desk and then when we called Expedia to have them try and reach out to them they were not able to get a hold of them either. I would say they your staff from about 2 o’clock to about 8 o’clock need to be checked on or make sure that they’re doing their jobs.

The Hotel is in a easy location for a lot of events. The rooms for Red Roof inns are small compared to Days Inns. I will not be staying in a Red Roof Inn anymore because of the size. I'm not looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, but the wife an I can't walk between the TV and the bed at the same time.

Great for a short stay. Make sure to check which room you are picking as not all rooms have all amenities. Aka refrigerator and microwave.

However, you indicated that your experience was dampened due to your charges. As per our policy, a 25 early check-in fee is required from all guests. Also as it relates to parking, 15 per day parking fee is required from all guests with in and out privileges. Our room was simple, but very clean and attractive. Super convenient to Audubon Hospital for an early morning test so we didn't have to leave our house at 3 am for a 2 hour drive. We will be back!

We had stayed here a few weeks ago. The quality of the room itself was excellent. Very clean and the bed was comfortable so when we had to come back we decided to stay here again. What we DID NOT like this time was the police showing up before midnight and banging on the door next to our room. All of the yelling and screaming as they took someone away. Right after they left the party started in the room on the other side of us and did not stop until after 2:00 am. When I complained to the clerk the next morning, she was very apologetic but said there were no notes mentioning any of this. This was no surprise since the night clerk apparently couldn't be bothered with people trying to check in late. It took several minutes for her to come check us in as well as two other people that was waiting before we got there. When she finally came out of the office she couldn't even put her cell phone down long enough to be pleasant while checking us all in. I have no clue how she could possibly have missed all of the flashing lights from the police cars right in front of the building. We will not stay here again.

For the price, it felt pretty safe. Clean room but just a little to small to put luggage anywhere convenient. No refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave or any such conveniences. The TV remotes are apparently sanitize-able but they don't work very well. The buttons don't respond half the time. The staff was great and responded quickly when a car was blasting bass from it's stereo in the parking lot outside our room one night.

1. Had to deal with heavy jackhammer sound issues all day every day due to construction close by. This was something beyond the control of the hotel, but I had to tolerate the sound. 2. When I checked out at 4:15 in the morning (3 Feb 24), there was no one at the overnight desk to turn in my room key. Waited for 20 minutes, but no attendant. Called a couple of times while I was on the road with no response and later (about 11:00) was able speak to an attendant to confirm that they got the keys and completed my paperwork.
