The rooms were nice and big and the hotel is convenient to downtown. We were assured that the pool would be open when in fact it wasn’t. Marco at the front desk was rude at check in and we were denied a partial refund due to the pool being closed for construction even though they told us it would be open. We stayed on the 24th floor and on the 25th floor must have been a banquet room because it was very loud. I went to get food at Jockey Silks at 9:30pm and was told that the kitchen was closed even though the website says the kitchen is open until 10.

Everything was great except the room refrigerator. It was small and didn't keep our food and drinks cold. Also there was no microwave in the room.

Location great. Room great. View was good 18th floor west tower. Jeff Ruby steak house awesome. 4th st live good. Nou Lou was good. Seemed under staffed especially Sunday. Coffee shop out of a few things multiple days.

I asked three people for directions and they were all workers in the hotel and they couldn’t offer me any information. I also met an elderly male worker who asked for directions, and he assumed that I was part of a sorority, and he shouted at me, and then he realized he was mistaken and he walked away.
