Very clean and spacious room. Staff were excellent! If I had to say anything negative it would be the lack of a coffee before 8am.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were well appointed. The only drawback to the room was the uncomfortable mattress and no blankets in the room. (I’m sure I could have called for one). The 2 quick serve restaurants served fast food that was not very good. Everything was served on plastic & there was no option for recycling. We didn’t eat at the Chop House (too pricey) but did have drinks there. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional.

We never had maid service. Always had to ask for towels. Restaurants closed earlier than posted. There was a State inspection of the elevators and the public was still allowed to use them. unfortunately for us, the elevator fell 2 floors. luckily we were ok but pretty shaken. All we got was an apology. The hotel said it wasn't their problem. There should be a policy in place when inspectors are onsite to protect the guests.

The room was spacious and very clean. Very nicely decorated. Can eat and play at the casino without leaving the building. Can watch the horses from the window. Pretty close to downtown.

It was a very clean,beautiful place to stay. We really loved the safety that the hotel offered. Staff was very friendly. We even got a treat and saw the fireworks from our room from thunder in Louisville. We really enjoyed the slot machines as well.

Best hotel in Louisville! Convenient to every part of the city. Beautifully decorated. Staying overnight here felt like a destination experience. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Louisville.

The rooms were modern & spacious. Though I was told the only 2 restaurants closed at 11 pm, There was no place to eat after 10 pm.

This hotel is nice and if you have no problem with gambling you can ignore the casino altogether. We were there on the eclipse weekend and the shower didn’t get hot for a while but that may have been because of the crowds. Very nice wheelchair accessible room on the second floor.

Fantastic property with a casino if you’re into that. The food available at the hotel was superb and the service across the board was second to none. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider going back in the future.

The room was not very clean. They only clean and bring towels if you request them. It was extremely noisy all night long every night that I staid. There was no option to purchase continental breakfast as said on the website. The restaurants have limited hours of operation and if you want breakfast they don't serve until 8am on certain days. The food was not very good. I didn't meet one staff member who acted like they wanted to be there. Very disappointed in my stay.
