“Honesty in business, no?”
The hotel was relaxing and fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. The trick of pretending a staff member was a concierge, but was actUally a salesperson for the condos ,was maddening. We arrived late at night and were asked to listen to a "conceierge" tell us about the hotel. It turned out to be a sales pitch at 10 at night. Don't fall for it. ALso,they tell you the resort has a shuttle, but you are really using a taxi. Don't fall for the round trip ticket. Find a taxi in town to return to resort.
“Fiesta Americana Cabo is a Must”
If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation this is it. The Fiesta Americana is appropriate for families with children young, tween or teen, couples looking for a retreat, and singles. Tthe property is beautiful, the ocean view from the room amazing, i saw the sunrise every day, the beach and service on the beach was outstanding, the spa experience was A M A Z I NG. The property is nestled between 2 desert mountains so you feel secluded and if you want nighlgiht you are 15 minutes away from Cabo San Lucas downtown or San Jose Cabo. The property was gated so I felt completely safe such a beautiful resort with great food, excellent service, and completely relaxing - it just doesnt get any better than this. I am definitely going back and recommend to anyone considering Cabo this place is a must
“Family Wedding”
We recently held our daughter's wedding at the Fiesta Americana and hosted 65 guests. It's a great location with exceptional service and facilities. It was not inexpensive, but it was a good value. The staff has an eye for perfection and a desire to please. We would recommend this facility for a wedding or similar event. We will return in the future.
“Great third stay at Fiesta Americana”
This was our third stay at Fiesta Americana – Cabo. As always – great location, great weather, great hotel, nice people and good food. This time we had some friends with us and kids had great time playing in the pool, swimming in the sea and playing ping-pong. I recommend upgrading to fiesta club, that way you have continental breakfast included in the price + beverages and fruits during the day and some appetizers at night. They have solid espresso machine, we enjoyed cappuccinos in the morning and around 5 pm. Staff is great, they are very professional, but also nice and polite. For sure, we will go back. We always rent the car and go for couple of dinners to Cabo, take a trip to the snorkeling beach and take a boat trip. Ice cream at Fiesta is the best!!!
“Cabo”
Only issue was ants in the room and the front desk inability to make change for guests
“Beautiful place with real beach where you can swim”
There is no need to go anywhere, just relax. They bring your food wherever you want and as our 7 years old said: It is all for free (you JUST give room number). Morning buffet is good, Peninsula is ok, I only do not recommend fancy restaurant (even the view is nice). The stuff was very nice and polite. If you are in mood for snorkeling, hotel has the equipment that you can rent and there are so many fishes and reefs to explore in front of you (if you did not do that before take the class in the swimming pool). The only problem we had was with some unpleasant guests over chairs around swimming pool. The women assaulted me in front of kids and even threatened to punch me. I wanted somebody to apologize, the restaurant manger did and we moved on with our vacation. Did not go to swimming pool after that, but who needs the pool with such a beautiful beach.
“planning on going back with the kids...”
we had the best time it was 4 nights 5 days ,perfect... you get alot of freebee's, like a nice continental breakfast, snack juice coffee, tea softdrinks and water all day, and a little pre dinner snack with adult and reg drinks 5-8 so you end up spending very little... they did have a be amember presentation. they were not to pushy, and we got more credit fror massages or dinner or whatever we wanted in the hotel. we went with another couple and it was very relaxing , beautiful blue water . you could bring snorkle stuff and see beautiful fish. also the gym was nice it had alot of cardio, weights and some unusual equipment that was worth a checking out. they had a kids club that was included from 9-5 pm my kids would of loved..., its not a party place, just relaxation and casual..., the restaurant were little pricy but if your only buying once or twice it was worth the quality and portions... i also read the reviews before deciding and i was actually surprised.. defenatly listen to what the concierge has to say about all the free stuff.. we are still coming off the high....
“Refreshing For The Soul”
This place is the best place to get refreshed, the way the staff pamper you is so wonderful! The Resort itself is such an interesting place...around every corner is something different to see! The moment you arrive on this property, calmness overtakes you! Will definitely go back!
“Looking forward to next year!”
Beautiful facilities and grounds that are well maintained by a very friendly staff that provides excellent service. Our room had a outstanding view of the pool areas and the crystal clear blue ocean and sky beyond. We can't wait to go back next year!
“beautiful resort”
The hotel is fabulous and extremely clean and well kept! The staff is amazing---have never had more pleasant and accomodating staff. Great restaurants too. The location does pose a problem. A cab is $20 one way to Cabo (up to 4 people) the van is $10 a person round trip. Public transportation is quite a walk including a 4 lane highway.
