"We had just spent 6 days at a hotel in Sarasota and wanted to stay in Longboat for our last night in the area. The proximity to the beach & view from your balcony are obviously what you’re paying for here. But if I’m being honest, the owner desperately needs to update the furnishings. The couch is a very scratchy material. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are flat & lifeless. The TV buffered every channel we tried to watch and there are tons of cords and cables coming from behind the tv. I might expect these type of furnishings at a cheap hotel…not a 400/night beautiful beach-view condo in Longboat Key.I hope this review entices the owner to upgrade the furnishings (couch, bed, pillows, and tv in living room) so that future renters will want to stay again and again."

"Our stay was excellent. Nice and clean and plenty of room however it doesn’t have a beach view, but the beach is a very short, easy walk. Staff was extra nice, especially Margaret."

"Absolutely all that we hoped for and more. I didn’t want to leave! This place will be our family go to for years to come. Elicia and Mike are superior hosts and communicators. If anything was not “to their expectation” or was rusty, broke or missing Elicia asked to let them know and it would be replaced. Nothing was wrong at all! It was clean, beautiful and exceeded expectation in every way. So many options for beaches, gorgeous pool, interesting wild life. We saw manatees two days in the gulf. I thank you for everything Elicia and Mike! Can’t wait to return."

"A great place to enjoy your vacation on a beautiful seashore with mild wind and a great sunset view. The staffs are very polite,efficient, and professional. In-room amenties are so great - you will have washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, full function kitchen as well. Can't expect more. The only thing that the management should take care of is the elevator (I was in Building 4), as I met 3 down time of that elevator during my 3 nights stay. I am OK with that, but if senior visitors who have to rely on elevators to go up and down, that will be an inconvenience. Another small issue is in-room doors to the balcony -- very tight and needs a lot of power to open / close. Perhaps it needs to be lubricated? After all, a fantastic experience, and I will be happy to visit there again! "
