We only stayed for one night. The location was close to the theater and the subway. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was not a pleasant experience. It was filthy and in major disrepair. The shower had so much damage that you had to watch where you stood because it felt like you may fall through the floor. The pillows and decorative strip on the bed were so dirty that they may have never been washed.

The rooms were small but clean. Staff were helpful in providing a kettle for the room. Lots of dining options close by, and close to public transit. Lovely neighbourhood.

For it's price, it is a good place to stay. It is a no frills place, but the cost is good. There was a few little things like the shower door was missing it's handle. So my wife being short had to call me in there to open the door for her. The remote for the TV barely worked and was so worn you couldn't tell what any of the buttons did. It was a great location and in a very safe area. Walking distance to the closest rail/coach stations. The staff was very nice and they keep everything clean and nice.

Perfect location
We had an overnight stay here as we were in an early coach for our onward travel. The hotel is conveniently located near to Victoria so perfect for our needs.

Far away from Victoria station if you are thinking of dragging your suitcases. Room lock opens if you jerk the locked handle a bit. Makes it extremely unsafe. There is no air conditioning.

Hope You Like Stairs
First, know that OYO Townhouse is just a 5 minute walk to Victoria Underground Station in a safe neighborhood, so that is a huge plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, another plus. My room was very small....just wide enough for a bed and a wooden chair. But, I just needed the room to sleep in, so it didn't matter so much. The bathroom was modern and the shower had great pressure. Another plau. The only downside is that, if your room is on the 3rd or 4th floor, the elevator only takes you to BETWEEN floors. meaning that to catch the elevator from the Lobby you had to go DOWN 5 steps, and then when you arrived at your floor, you still have to CLIMB 9 more steps! That's a total of 14 steps. I had a backpack and one large suitcase, which I struggled to get up the requisite number of stairs. So if you like stairs....this place has your name all over it. The price was decent.

Not dirty that’s the only positive
Everything stripped back to basics to make affordable. No kettle or cups tea/ coffee in the room. Double room was two singles pushed together. Breakfast was on information on room door but when I asked the reception pointed to a sign saying no food no drinks. So service poor. Also an issue that shower door won’t open from inside reported again not bothered. On busy road and traffic noisy late into the night and from 5am. Bed not comfortable. Dissatisfied and would not stay here again.

Stayed here for one night before heading the Heathrow the next day. The hotel is on in a great location for exploring some of London’s sights. The room itself was a bit on the small side so I wouldn’t have wanted to stay much longer, but was perfect for what I needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. At the time I stayed there was breakfast service (not sure why) so I can’t comment on this.

Easy walk from victoria station. Comfortable beds. No aircon but electric fan provided. No dining options in hotel but plenty nearby for grub.

Towels smelt like cigarettes, none of the outlets worked, only gave us one pillow. When we asked for a new towel because of how disgusting the other one smelt, the manager gave us a new one that smelt even worse of cigarette smoke. The irony is that there is a no smoking sign on every door of the hotel. The shower leaked and felt unstable on the inside. The amenities listed online were a lie! No breakfast, no drinks provided in the lobby. Pictures online are out dated and provide false advertisement. We left after the first night. Horrible stay. Do not stay here.

I have nothing negative to point out. I couldn't book earlier and the staff kindly stored my luggage until the room was ready. In fact, he called me as soon as he was ready. I will definitely recommend it. The area is close to all the main landmarks. I was able to walk to the Elisabeth Tower, known as the Big Ben Tower. I will come back for sure!

Great value for money but cold showers
Stayed here before and it was such good value for money I stayed here a second time. However, this time I was disappointed with the shower. In the two nights I stayed I don't think I had hot water once.

The hotel was very small and not handicap or large bag friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful. We only had one key for our room and if you needed 2 they could not accommodate. Great hotel for a place to crash when all your going to do is tour the area.

On booking in, I asked the person behind the counter if i could book a wake up call. They started laughing in my face saying " you want me to come wake you up?" Note to hotel, train your staff that a wakeup call is not an unusual thing to ask for when on business in central London and doesnt need to be mocked. The room was extraordinarily small. My bag barely fit between the wall and bed, and I had to move the bag to open the door to the bathroom.

Great place to stay and will be staying again
The hotel and room were very clean. Great location, not far from Victoria Tube Station. Great location for nearby Restaurants. Staff were very helpful and polite. I stayed in a single room which was very small but bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Hotel was closed without notice!!!!
AVOID!! I arrived at the hotel late at night to find it was completely shut down. I wasn't notified, and no alternative accommodation was required. I was left walking the streets in the middle of the night trying to find a hotel that was open. Shocking to think I could have been a single woman and in a vulnerable position. AVOID!!

Great location - avoid the breakfast
Great location for seeing Hamilton in the theatre. Clean bedroom and friendly receptionIt’s. However downside was breakfast It was so basic - didn’t bother with it on the second day - hotel shouldn’t bother offering this.

Tired budget hotel in good location.
Bed linen was not spotless. Only hand towels provided on arriveal. Shower frain was blocked. Thus was fixed during my stay. Room furniture tired and worn. Bed was comfy. Good location. Breakfast was 8 till 9 so not convenient for business travellers.
