Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. On immediately visiting reception to check if calling emergency services to aid whoever answered the phone was necessary, and on asking receptionist if he'd answered the phone, he said yes and that he was busy dealing with a checkout. Do not book here under, staff are either entirely under-trained or certifiable. A stay here will definitely intefere with the rest of your trip.

Fabulous for location but room very small and cramped. Bed was not comfortable. Felt lime sleeping in cardboard boxes.would not be suitable for long stay.

The room I had this time was not as nice as usual. It was on the top floor and i couldn't see out of the window without standing on a chair. Also I couldn't plug my phone in by my bed. Neither of these things will stop me going back though

Convenient no frills accomodation
Chiswick Rooms is less than 5 minutes from the Stamford Brook station so it's very convenient to the District Line and to Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line via Aston Cross. The room I used was clean and quiet even though facing a busy street. I found the front desk staff to be friendly. My room was very small so it took some care to find a location for my luggage without stumbling against it. Some reviewers have commented negatively about the mattress but I found it quite comfortable.

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern, near Stamford Brook tube station and many buses. I stayed in a compact double room for two weeks and it was just perfect for my needs. Near lovely coffee shops and restaurants and Ravenscourt Park. Staff very friendly and helpful, always ready to help. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

This is perfectly located next to a tube staton in my favorite part of London. From here it is easy to get to Central London or Heathrow and has nice pubs and coffee shops in the neighborhood. The rooms are clean and newly decorated but small, which is consistent with being a budget priced hotel. The wifi works well. We visit london two to three times a year and booking Chiswick Rooms has bevome our first preference every time.

The hotel is just down the street from the Underground station, though it was quiet. The wifi was strong and the hot water was really hot, which I prefer. There is limited storage space in the single I booked and taller people may not fit in the twin bed.

Rude staff with no caring at all
Rude staff with limited English; Wifi is deadly slow, sometimes can't even send out a WhatsApp message (please refer to attach photos for speed test by various websites); room are tiny with mold everywhere; no lift where you have to climate to the 3rd floor and carrying all the luggage by yourself; located at the edge of zone 2 where the train station is only 1 minute away

Such a convenient stay close to transport
This is a really delightful stay in chiswick. Really happy as soon as i walked in the entrance. friendly staff and I booked late but this was not a problem for them. Room was so convenient and clean. Comfortable with fresh towels and convenient storage areas. I didnt hear any noise...and it is so convenient for the tube and buses or walking. Cannot wait to stay again.

No elevator, carried 3 luggages to 2nd floor. Airconditioner noisy. Told staff, ridiculous reply was "always like that". Room so small, need to put 28 inch luggage on bed to open. Wash basin too small, couldnt put kettle in to fill water to max level. Could only fill to one third.

Very close to public transits, coffee shop, small restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is helpful and friendly. The room is extremely small, the bath room and vanity is tiny, stairs are not safe, place is very old and lack of maintenance.
