"It was clean and the staff was mostly helpful, except one time we asked for a new sheet because our daughter spilled a cup of water on her bed and they wouldn't give us one. They gave us a lightbulb when we noticed one was burned out. Spacious room with 3 comfortable queen beds (although the room could use some new paint), nice kitchenette. Pool & hot tub were great. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay here again"
University Inn

"We have been going to the Inn every June 4th for several years. It is our anniversary and we stayed in Logan on our honeymoon. We love the location, being on campus. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. The views are exceptional on the west side of the Inn. There are some things we wish would happen. The bathroom tub-shower is old. The shower control is extremely difficult to operate for people with weak hands. The room has a desk chair, but is needs another chair to sit on. There is a perfect location in the corner of the room for a nice comfortable chair. One chair forces you to sit on the bed. I prefer sitting in a lounge chair. I understand what would make the Inn more acceptable."

"The smoking area was right outside the front door and they had one table sitting amongst other tables that said smoking table. But if you want to sit outside and somebody came out to smoke, you had to smell all the smoke that was pretty disgusting people were forced to go and sit in the grass so they didn't have to enter the cigarette smoke. The smoking area should be on the other side of the building away the other guests, pretty gross."

"I reserved two rooms through Expedia and noted that we needed pet-friendly rooms on the ground floor. I was moving my parents, and my father is disabled, so being close together and avoiding stairs was important. Upon arrival, we were told the requested rooms were not available. I wish the hotel had contacted us beforehand so we could have made other arrangements. The highlight of our stay was the front desk employee. She was friendly, professional, and did her best to help. She found me a pet-friendly room on the second floor while my parents stayed directly below me. Her customer service was excellent. We were traveling with a U-Haul and trailer and had to park in a poorly lit area behind the hotel. There was also a group near the entrance drinking, smoking marijuana, and being very loud, which made me uncomfortable unloading belongings and concerned about my elderly mother going outside alone. The room itself was disappointing. I could smell marijuana from outside or nearby rooms, and the noise continued late into the evening. I had to run the fan and TV to help drown it out. The hotel felt dark and dingy, and I did not feel particularly comfortable or secure. There were also several inconveniences: the toilet paper roll was nearly empty, there were no charging outlets near the bed, and room lighting was limited. Breakfast does not start until 6:00 a.m., and there was no coffee available in the room. While the front desk employee was outstanding, it did not feel safe"
