This was a lovely place to stay. Right at the river's edge. Very walkable. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and modern but like many hotels in the "old town" part of cities, the room was very small.

The hotel is right in the heart of Ljubljana. Very beautiful area and very convenient for walking. Lots of restaurants with outdoor seating along the river. My only issue with the hotel that could be improved on is that there was very little space to unpack clothes. Each side of the bed had a small end table, but there were no drawers. Also, no wash clothes or make up remover wipes.

More for show than comfort.
The room was really small and impractical. They sacrificed bed space for a bathroom that was mostly for show. no place to unpack your luggage. Light switches were confusing. Towel hanger was on the other side away from the shower, if you can find it.

Excellent! Perfect for any kind of visit
Great hotel positioned perfectly on the narrow strip of old town between the river and castle. Breakfast was great quality and a nice change from the usual buffet set up (it’s a la carte). The thing I really liked was the sound proofing on my room that meant even though you were yards away from the most lively/noisy part of the city, you couldn’t hear a thing. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The only very slight downside is that taxis etc cannot get close to the hotel as the whole area is pedestrianised (but that’s being very picky and won’t be an issue unless you have mobility issues)

The Hotel Ljubljana is in a great location right in the heart of the old town next to the river. The pale (why?) carpet in our room was pretty badly stained and there wasn’t much storage space. Only 5 coat hangers which is fine for a long weekend but not enough for a longer trip. More were provided when we asked for them though.

Charming Hotel in Ljubljana
It’s a charming hotel in the middle of the pedestrian area so you can walk to everywhere to see the sights. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the dinner is excellent. We had dinner on the first night outdoors and the last night indoors as it was a bit chilly. The staff from the receptionist to the restaurant staff are very nice and accommodating. The cleaning crew in the rooms does a great job.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Great check in experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room. We requested a room with a bath thinking there would also be a shower over it but even through there was a shower head holder we could not use it. Small worry. The too. Had bedside wireless charging for phones. And lots of other nice things including a well stocked and reasonably priced minibar which we had no hesitation using. We are at their restaurant and had an excellent dinner. Breakfast each morning was a very pleasant experience with huge choice and delicious food. Check out was easy and friendly. We would love to stay here again

I spent 4 nights at the hotel. It is in an excellent location, beside the Cobblers Bridge and in walking distance to all attractions. The area around it, has lots of restaurants and cafes and it felt very safe, even walking home at nighttime. I had booked an ‘internal room’, and it was explained to me when I booked it and when I checked in that it didn’t have a window. Originally I was concerned about this but it really wasn’t an issue at all. The room was well designed, even though it was small. The bathroom was a very good size, with a powerful shower. There was no safe in the room, I would have liked a coffee maker or kettle due to the length of my stay and I wasn’t given a complementary bottle of water, which I think most hotels provide. These are just minor suggestions though as overall I really enjoyed my stay. I did get some assistance from reception, requested a sheet as found the duvet too heavy and getting the airport shuttle booked (to and from the airport). On all occasions, everyone was extremely helpful and provided great service. I had a great visit to Ljubljana, my first to the city and country. While I saw a lot, I do hope to return again soon and I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

This property also had a glass elevator, great for older clients and a really good restaurant . The staff was really great . Problem outdoor signage does not say it’s a hotel , so was hard to find .

Loistava uudehko hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla joen rannalla vanhassakaupungissa. Lähistöllä paljon viihtyisiä ravintoloita. Huone oli pieni, mutta meidän tarpeisiin ihan riittävä. Hotellin aamupala oli erinomainen.

Centrally located hotel right be the river, perfect for getting to all the touristy stuff. Staff were attentive, courteous and helpful; room clean and comfortable, a little bit of luxury. Great for a getaway.

Jättefint hotell mitt i stan, rekommenderas varmt!
Väldigt fint hotell beläget mitt i gamla stan. Perfekt gångavstånd till alla sevärdigheter, shopping, restauranger och barer. Personalen är supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Rekommenderas varmt!!
