The staff are very nice. The common areas of the hotel are generally in good condition. The room itself is fine, however, for the price, it's time to touch up the furniture, elevator cab and some of the common areas where wear and tear are beginning to show. For the price, things should be pristine.

After years in the hospitality business, I am not easily impressed. This property is well managed, well styled and very easy to navigate no matter what your challenges may be. The room was bright. The bathroom was freshly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The property was not very full as we chose the weekend AFTER New Years. We were impressed by the excellent cooked to order omelettes and the range of pastries. We will definitely be returning soon!

The property inside and out is beautiful. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay but the food choices and quality of food can be greatly improved. The Inn is too special not to have the breakfast at the same level of excellence.

For the price, I don’t strongly recommend this property. Litchfield has limited options, but without a bar, not much in the evenings, this is not much of a hotel for the luxury price

Thank you for your review Michael. In regards to our offerings we offer complimentary snacks, refreshments in our gathering for our guests. On the weekends we offer complimentary wine tastings for our guests. All guests also have an included full breakfast included with their stay. The town of litchfield has plenty of options from wineries to restaurants all located within 5 minutes from the hotel.

We had an excellent time in Litchfield. What made it even better was our stay at the Litchfield Inn. We has a very comfortable room and the breakfast the next day was phenomenal! The staff at the Inn were all very friendly and we brought our doggie Lily too!🤗

A pretty, fancy yet low-key hotel experience. Not overly fussy. Breakfast was fun. Not a good location to walk to things, but an otherwise convenient location to Litchfield and environs. Will definitely return. Good value for the money. Nice rooms.

We stayed in the "cabin" room - it was very nice and clean and definitely had a cabin feel. Bed was too firm for my taste, but otherwise the room was very comfortable. The Inn was lovely and provided free snacks/water. The complementary breakfast was excellent - pancakes, muffins, croissants, granola, yogurt, potatoes, made-to-order eggs/omelets, etc - made me wish we were staying more than one day since there is only so much I could eat for breakfast.

Our four poster bed and pretty room was a treat for us. The hotel needs a general update to its breakfast room, and some of the other appointments in the room (fake fireplace, tub installation. But it was quite nice, just a touch dated.

We went out on a Monday and left on Wednesday. Breakfasts are fantastic. Be prepared for lots of stores and restaurants closed on Monday, and some Tuesday. I have to add this. I still don’t understand why such nice places to stay have see thru toilet paper grade.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean, beautiful grounds, nice breakfast. However, sound isolation between rooms could be better - I could tell what my neighbors were watching on TV.

This is a very, conveniently located hotel. Many dining options are close by as well as things to do. We visited both the white memorial for bad viewing/counting as well as white flower gardens. Staff is very nice. Food was enjoyable. Will return.
